The historic shepherd's cottage offers 120 square meters of living space for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with single beds.
The bathroom/toilet features a comfortable, walk-in shower.
The large eat-in kitchen with a cooking island and modern extractor hood allows for convivial gatherings from meal preparation to dining.
An oak timber-framed partition wall separates the living area from the main hall with its large fireplace, ensuring uninterrupted conversation throughout the entire living space.
Underfloor heating throughout almost the entire house provides pleasant warmth during the cooler months.
Outside, in addition to the large lawn, there is a fire pit with a large swivel grill, a separate shed, a barrel sauna, and a large covered terrace with a ping-pong table.
