Located in the quiet community of Conjunto Ronda, just around the corner from a couple of local bars and restaurants, and less than a 10-minute walk from the high street of Ciudad Quesada.

The property itself is built on two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with ample seating, a bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom with a walk-in-in shower. On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with its own private balcony and a double bed, as well as a large bathroom with a corner bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning, as does the living area.

Outside, at the front of the property, there is a nice seating area and a sunroom that is best enjoyed in the winter, and at the back of the property, there is an outdoor table and chairs with a BBQ.

The community pool is just 25 metres away. A lovely choice for a family holiday.
