Wake up to the sound of the Adriatic and look out across the Bay of Kotor — one of Europe's most beautiful stretches of coastline and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This seafront apartment sits directly on the water in Muo, a traditional stone village just 2km from Kotor's walled Old Town.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private patio make it ideal for families or a group of friends. The sea is steps away.

The apartment occupies the upper floor of a centuries-old Boka stone building, with its own private entrance and a front patio perfectly placed for watching the bay at sunset.

Inside, you'll find three bedrooms (king, double and queen), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a generous living area, and a dining space. Air conditioning is fitted in every bedroom.

Beach towels, an umbrella and snorkelling gear are provided — just walk down to the water.

Free off street parking — rare in this part of the bay — is included.
