A 66-square-meter apartment featuring a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a small private courtyard.
Classic and modern furnishings create a unique and welcoming atmosphere, with exposed stone walls and ceilings featuring original wooden beams.

We are located in the heart of Cannaregio on a very quiet residential street, far from the city’s hustle and bustle, where you can find all kinds of shops to meet every need, excellent restaurants, and access to all public transport to reach any part of the city.

Please specify your preference for separate beds and any other needs when making your reservation.

Luggage storage is available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If and when we are able to extend these hours, we will let you know at that time.
For organisational and operational reasons, please respect the designated check-in and check-out times.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; after 8:00 PM, a 50.00 euro surcharge applies, payable at the property.
Check-in is no longer possible after 12:00 a.m.
The room will be available the following day starting at 10:30 a.m.
Early check-in may be possible depending on the availability of the housekeeper, Alessandra. Luggage may be left at the property starting at 11:30 a.m.

In all Italian cities, a tourist tax of 4.00 euros per person per night is required, payable at the property along with the registration of your identification documents.
On days when the Venice entry tax is due, you will not have to pay any extra fees. The property itself will provide you with the code for payment exemption.

The property was fantastic. Very centrally located near the water taxi, train stations, shopping, and restaurants. Bea was also great, very responsive and accommodating.
