Welcome to a cozy and tastefully renovated house just outside Algutsrum on Öland. Here you live with a beautiful view of the open Öland landscape and the surrounding farmland. The house is surrounded by a large garden with several patios where you can enjoy. For cooler evenings or rainy days there is a cozy covered outdoor room, perfect for long meals, a cup of coffee or a quiet moment after the day's excursions. Inside you are greeted by an inviting holiday home with a spacious living room with a living area and dining area. The beautiful kitchen is nicely renovated with a charming brick wall that provides character and warmth. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can easily be converted into two extra beds. The nice bathroom is completely newly renovated and fresh. The house is not rented to youth groups. It is not allowed to charge electric cars. The location makes it easy to discover Öland's many attractions. For those who want to enjoy the sea, there are several nice swimming spots within easy reach. The nearest beach is in Saxnäs, where you will also find a popular summer restaurant. Please note that the house is located next to the busy road 136 that leads to Borgholm and Köpingsvik. There is a bus stop nearby with connections to, for example, Borgholm and Kalmar. A perfect holiday home for couples, small families or friends who want to experience the best of Öland with proximity to both nature, swimming and excursion destinations.
