Host was great and always available.

I would recommend this place to anybody that want to experience south beach. Full kitchen enabled us to save money on eating out every meal. Very clean place. Will be going back soon I hope.

I LOVED IT!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this property: everything was great- the appartment, the location, and the owner who was so helpful and kind!! The appartment is fully equipped , wide and has an incredible view on the pool and beach I can't wait to return!!

Amazing

My wife and I have been to Miami Beach several times, and we have used VRBO every time...this was by far the best stay to date! The owner, Jerilyn, has been extremely responsive to our ridiculous questions, and such a joy to work with! The condo itself was clean, spacious, modern, and the view from the balcony was amazing! The Roney Palace is an amazing, well kept, updated property that is truly amazing! We will most definitely be back to this condo / property in the future.

Perfectly suited and situated

This property was a perfect delight. Very clean and comfortable. Two full bathrooms were very nice to have and modern. The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean. The kitchen is super modern and fully equipped . I stayed here for a week with my eight year old daughter and we were completely relaxed. Easy acesss to the pool and beach and of course the location is ideal for dining and nightlife .They host is super nice and very responsive but honestly I didn’t need to even contact her once I was there because everything was explained and laid out perfectly! Counting the days to stay again. Thank you!!!

We stayed in this magnificent apartment and really loved it! The apartment is gorgeous, spacious & so comfortable. Kitchen is modern, beautiful & well equipped. It has a large balcony & stunning view of the ocean & main pool. The apartment has a beautiful design, high end French furniture in the bedroom - the bed is super comfortable! It's connected to the fabulous 1 Hotel.... plants & orchids everywhere - so beautiful! The property has 4 stunning pools (4 restaurants poolside) fantastic awesome lobby with great bar & live music on weekends. Beachcraft restaurant, STK restaurant, Hawaiian/Japanese restaurant at rooftop pool, Spartan Gym & Banford Spa & boutiques all on the property! It's located in a perfect location right on the beach close to bars, restaurants and shops. It's easy go get to anywhere in South Beach. An awesome choice if you are looking for a perfect stay in an apartment that offers everything. The owner is so friendly & nice - she responded to all of our questions quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely rent again!
