Walkable, location is amazing. Close to Fifth Avenue and 3rd St., South with boutique shops and restaurants. Also Fun to be near restaurants at the Bayfront redevelopment area and Tin City. Beautifully updated condo. Pool is very nice next to the water and the dock is a great area to watch the harbor boat traffic. Staff is wonderful and responsive. Just be aware that Building 11 is the farthest from pool and did not appear that way when we booked. Overlooks boat launch and street intersection of 10th Avenue and 9th street so very noisy during the day. Currently, there is construction going on near the boat launch, which is also quite noisy. However, the condo is in a beautiful neighborhood and people are very friendly.

A Gem on the Bay

The Charter Club is a gem. With just 32 units and high repeat guests, one is fortunate to get in. The location is superb with an 8-10 minute walk to Fifth Ave and also Olde Naples. The bay view by the pool with its sunny Southern exposure is a treat, and with friendly Patricia at the pool snack bar ready to bring you refreshments to your lounge chair, it is a perfect getaway. The only reason I won't encourage you to go here is because that might my lessen my change for a return visit.

a hidden gem!

I cannot say enough great things about the charter club on Naples Bay. Rochelle was an amazing host answering numerous questions and helping us prepare for our stay with little ones. We were down in Naples visiting my grandma but needed our own place to stay. The hotel was a short walk to 5th Avenue and old naples! It was perfect!! The charter club is a fabulous place to stay and the location cannot be beat! We will absolutely return!!

Almost perfect

Condo was fine, ample furnishings. Location great except there is an airport directly inline with community; planes were noisy. Pool/hot tub/tiki bar awesome; best part. Internet spotty so if working it made it difficult. Our unit had no water view. We looked at the loading dock parking lot; not what I was expecting (sort of disappointed in that). We visited a family in the area so we weren’t around much but had we planned to be at condo, looking out to a beautiful view from the lanai, we would have been disappointed. Staff was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located and beautifully furnished condo. The beach and many restaurants are within walking and biking distance. The condo was extremely clean with a screened in lanai over looking the boat launch and water. Loved it!

Great week at Charter Club at Naples- Great Naples Location

Rochelle was great to work with...her explanation of the property was right on track. Condo was furnished with all the basics and completely comfortable for our stay. Views from the condo (both bedroom and living area) were great. Very well kept. Only used kitchen for morning breakfasts and lunch. Location is great ...5-6 blocks from the best restaurants on 5th Ave and to 3rd St. We walked each day/night. Had read about the lack of elevators for luggage/people transport to 3rd level.....but that was not a problem for us. Pool area, hot tub, and "Tiki Bar" area were clean and nice. Great relaxing views each day from the pool area. This was a trip for good relaxation and fine dining. Beach area is walkable (~6 blocks) and provides nice walking area. Also, complex has bikes for use and chairs for the beach but we did not use them. Staff at Charter Club including the Tiki Bar was good and very courteous... Fun week. Good location. Good place to stay.

You won’t find anything quite like this in one of the most sought after destinations in Florida. Gorgeous beach, golf, fishing, cultural activities, beautiful surroundings in historic Naples. We normally use this property ourselves but this coming winter are unable to go.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this place the first time we saw it. You will too! Quiet and peaceful in best location in Naples. Walk to everything. Walk or bike to the beach for sunset, or check out downtown restaurants and shops. Fish, swim, golf, shop, dine- it’s all here and it’s wonderful!
