This comfortable holiday flat is located just 2 km from the centre of Grossarl in the picturesque Grossarl Valley in Salzburger Land. The flat, located on the 2nd floor, offers an ideal base for unforgettable holidays in both summer and winter. The inviting eat-in kitchen invites you to linger and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cater for yourself as you wish. The spacious bedrooms create a relaxed atmosphere for restful nights.
A special highlight of our offer is the exclusive wellness area, which is available to our guests. There you will find a relaxation room as well as two saunas and a whirlpool, where you can unwind after an active day. For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski cellar with ski boot heating is available to store your equipment in the best possible way. Here you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing or simply enjoy a marvellous winter hike.
In summer, you can enjoy the marvellous surroundings with numerous hiking trails, ideal for mountain biking and hiking. The surrounding area also offers exciting excursion options, including the salt mine in Berchtesgaden, the city of Salzburg, the Haus der Natur, the Liechtensteinklamm and the impressive ice grotto.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

De aankomst was plezierig. We werden goed ontvangen. De omgeving is erg mooi. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement was geweldig. Jammer dat er een snelweg langs loopt. De accommodatie viel een beetje tegen. Het appartement was twee hoog. Wat betreft televisie, die waren alleen op de slaapkamers niet in de woonkamer. Dus de avonden duurden een beetje lang. Jammer.

Fijne woning, sauna en whirlpool een succes. Aankleding van de woning, met name woonkamer, kan beter. Douche werkte niet optimaal. Veel te doen in de omgeving. Echter niet op loop afstand. Gastvrijheid zeer goed.

De sleuteloverdracht ging zeer goed. De huiseigena(a)r(esse) woont op de begane grond en de vakantieappartementen zijn op de eerste en tweede verdieping. Ze kwam dus al meteen aanlopen toen wij arriveerden. Ze was zeer aardig en behulpzaam! De accommodatie had twee grote slaapkamers. Één slaapkamer had een extra raam waar enkel een gele vitrage voor hing. Hierdoor was deze slaapkamer 's ochtends vroeg zeer licht. De andere kamer was wel goed donker. De woonkamer was erg klein. Er staat dat het appartement geschikt is voor 5 personen, maar persoonlijk vind ik dat te krap. Er was maar één zitbank voor 2 à 3 personen. De omgeving is echt prachtig. Het huis ligt een beetje aan het einde van het dal. 12 km verderop houdt de weg op en tref je een prachtig bergmeer aan. Overal stromen kraakheldere beekjes. Je kijkt vanaf het balkon uit op de bergen aan de overkant. Het enige nadeel was dat er een (redelijk drukke) weg vlakbij lag. Deze kon je vanaf het balkon horen.

Eine wunderbare Adresse für Alle, die Ihren Urlaub selbst gestalten wollen. Sehr saubere Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Unglaublich freundliche Besitzer. Gerne wieder.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen. De eigenaresse was ontzettend aardig en we hebben heel wat leuke gesprekken met haar gevoerd in de week dat we er waren. Het appartement is prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het dorp heeft goede voorzieningen en de omgeving is prachtig. Het was ons eerste bezoek aan Oostenrijk en dat is ons goed bevallen.

Prima accommodatie. Mooie omgeving. Het adres van de accommodatie is Astachsiedlung 6 in Grossarl. In ons verblijfticket stonden twee andere adressen. Op het ene adres zou de sleutel af te halen zijn en op het andere adres zou het vakantiehuis te vinden zijn. Dit klopte niet.

hartelijk ontvangst door vriendelijke gastvrouw, die dus in hetzelfde huis woont. Accommodatie prima, balkon op het westen dus lekker in de zon in de namiddag. Omgeving geweldig, veel wandelmogelijkheden ook voor onze hond! En een groot aanbod in andere sportactiviteiten, waar je overigens op tijd voor moet aanmelden anders is het vol!Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen in het dorp.

Aankomst was zeer hartelijk, en belangstellend. Deze mevrouw is zeker niet opdringerig, Het enige wat wel in jullie brochure vermeld mag worden is dat het bubbelbad niet onbeperkt te gebruiken is maar tegen betaling van 3 euro per half uur, waarbij het dan ook nog 10 minuten duurt voordat het bad gevuld is, dus uiteindelijk maar 20 minuten bubbelen.

Het was niet helemaal de bedoeling om sneeuwwandelingen te gaan maken. Een toegevoegde waarde. Direct achter het huis wandel je redelijk makkelijk omhoog naar een leuke alm met mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk gefietst. Het huis is prima, meer slaapruimte dan leefruimte. Prijs /kwaliteitverhouding is goed. Weinig stopcontacten en geen leeslamp.

Het appartement zit bovenin een grote vrijstaande woning. De gastvrouw is echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als er maar iets is lost ze het meteen op. Het fijne is dat we zelf geen bad, keuken of bedlinnen mee hoeften te nemen en wisselen is geen enkel probleem.

Wij zijn naar oostenrijk gegaan om oa van de natuur\/berg te genieten.Wij hebben meerdere wandelingen gemaakt en grotten bezocht.Een aanrader voor mensen die van natuur en berg gebied houden.Het huisje was op een paar kleine puntjes goed in orde(zie tips voor huiseigenaar).Ondanks de kleine puntjes een goed verblijf gehad en zou zeker overwegen hier nogmaals mijn verblijf te boeken.
