Perfect for a lovely vacation with a small family or group of 5, this is a 2-bedroom apartment in Embach (Lend). You can enjoy impressive views of the surrounding area from the balcony while having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The town center with supermarkets and restaurants rests at 2 km and invites you to wander in the evenings. In the Gastein Valley ski area, you can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. For excursions in the area, Lake Zell, Werfen Ice Caves, and Hohenwerfen Castle are ideal.

The live-in kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience to prepare meals of choice. In the private garden, you can lie down reading a book or gazing at the sky. There is a barbecue to enjoy the evenings. Children can enjoy themselves with the play equipment and trampoline available on the lawn. Parking is available.

Check-in can be done from 3-6 PM whereas check-out is from 8-10 AM.

Ferienwohnung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Herd funktionierte nur eingeschränkt, Sprung im Waschbecken im Bad, alte Einrichtung. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.Sehr nette Gastgeber. Für Kinder ideal, dürfen Hasen, Katzen, Kühe und co. auf dem Bauernhof streicheln. Großer Spielplatz und schöner Bergblick. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Schöne Wohnung für bis zu 5 Personen

Tolle Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 5 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Küche), alles schön eingerichtet und funktionierend. Viele lohnende Ausflugsziele in der Gegend. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und man kann leckere Lebensmittel von ihrem Hof beziehen.

Berg und Bauernhof Feeling

In dieser Ferienwohnung habt ihr eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und könnt jederzeit zu den Tieren auf dem Hof. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und geeignete Wanderwege müssen mit dem Auto angefahren werden.

Leider standen wir sehr lange im Stau, das wir den Anreisezeitpunkt nicht einhalten konnten. Mit telefonischer Meldung über die Info, war die Vermieterin nicht verböst ganz im gegenteil Sie waren immer freundlich und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste lag ihnen sehr am Herzen. Die selbstproduzierten Produkte z.B. Käse und Wurst waren ein Gedicht :-) Am Morgen konnte man sich mit Bäckerbrötchen und frischer Milch es schmecken lassen. DIE AUSSICHT UND DIE RUHE WAREN EIN TRAUM, FÜR JEDEN DER DIE NATUR LIEBT, IST HIER RICHTIG.

Wir wurden direkt bei der Ankunft in Empfang genommen und haben einen eigenen Schlüssel bekommen. Die Unterkunft liegt auf auf einem Bauernhof im Haus der Gastgeber. Sie ist auch bei Schnee gut erreichbar. Sie eignet sich perfekt für Ski-Ausflüge nach Rauris oder Bad Gastein. Die Unterkunft war trotz Temperaturen um -5°C stets angenehm beheizt.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Unsere Kinder (4 und 2 Jahre) haben es sehr genossen direkt vor der Haustüre einen Spielplatz mit Rutsche, Trampolin, Schaukel und Sandkasten zu haben. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin hatte alles perfekt vorbereitet, so dass wir tolle Tage hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Het huis ligt in een mooie omgeving. met 20 minuutjes rijden zit je midden in Bad Gastein. Parkeerplek direct voor de deur. Wel jammer dat je door de woning van de eigenaar moet om bij je appartement te komen. Het appartement is ruim genoeg. Wat wel jammer is, dat je veel moet bukken vanwege lage balken.

Wij zijn met 2 volwassenen en een baby (13 maanden) op vakantie geweest in dit huis. Je gebruikt de bovenste verdieping van het huis, eigenaar woont beneden. Zeker niet storend. Slaapkamers ruim en netjes. Badkamer groot met een lekker bad. Keuken prima. Minder geschikt voor lange mensen, alles is laag. Huis is ingericht op kinderen. Er zit een traphek, er is een kinderstoel en ook een ledikantje. Buiten erg leuk. Boerderij kun je gewoon bekijken en dicht bij de dieren komen. Speelplaats deel je met de gasten van de camping. Voldoende skelters etc. voor iedereen. Enige nadeel veel vliegen en tot laat aan het werk met traktoren.

Mein Kumpel und ich haben uns in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich denke für zwei bis drei Personen ist sie genau richtig. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und wir haben gut geschlafen. Ein wenig aufpassen muss mit den sehr niedrig hängenden Querbalken, die durch die gesamte Dachwohnung gehen. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. In die Skigebiete (Dienten, Rauris, Dorfgastein) fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 1 Viertelstunde.

Dit jaar zijn we voor het eerst hier geweest en we hebben 3 weken genoten. De kinderen hebben zich vermaakt met de konijnen en het helpen van de boerin. Doordat er een kleine camping bij is hadden de kinderen ook geregeld andere kinderen waar ze mee konden spelen. We hebben een gweldige vakantie gehad.

fantastic holiday accomodation, complete top floor of a beautiful wood chalet with fantastic views and in a wonderful location as a base to explore around the salzburg area with lots of attractions near. The chalet itself is on a mountainside and is quiet and relaxing, we were there with two young children who loved every minute also the owners were very friendly and helpful and had milk and cheese etc for sale which are produced on the farm, we would recomend this property to anyone looking for a good holiday.
