Great house

Great house, great location to Main Street. Rooms were perfect and bathrooms very updated and beautiful. Great gathering areas and loved the jacuzzi. Too bad Park City was on strike but the shuttle to Deer Valley was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Perfect location, within walking distance to everything on Main. Also close to the City Lift, and can walk to base of Park City. The house would work well for up to 2 families to share.

Beautiful home!

Loved the house and location! The owners allowed for an early check in which was very much appreciated. The heated floors were also so nice! Of note, one of the property managers did abruptly ask to enter the home hours after we checked in to change some type of alarm, he was already outside when he requested to enter and in a house of all girls we would have preferred more of a heads up.

Perfect Family Thanksgiving

Easy check-in. The house was available before check-in, which worked out perfect for our family. We settled in quickly and ventured out to check out Main Street, which was only minutes from the house. Sleeping arrangements were ideal for three families. One family on each of the three levels. All beds were super comfy! Two different gathering areas made it great for adults to be in one area and kids in another. We also were able to fit all eleven family members around one long table in the dining room on Thanksgiving. Also, within walking distance to sledding by the library and to lifts. We definitely would do another family gathering at this Park City hidden gem!!!

Great stay in Park City

This house had everything my group of 12 needed for an excellent ski week in Park City! It’s so close to the Town Lift/Main Street, which made getting around convenient to do without having to drive, and the house was well-stocked with pantry items. Jon was very communicative and responsive - we had an issue with the roofing and some leaking given the storm that passed through during the week but he was able to quickly confirm that someone would be by to repair the issue. Overall, a dream vacation and we would rebook in a heartbeat!

Great location, great for large groups

The house was great for our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and even had sharp knives! The Thermador appliances are a nice plus. The location is terrific. The house is definitely older than it appears in the pictures and overall we thought it a bit shabby. The mattresses and bedding could use an upgrade. We debated 4 versus 5 stars as our expectations were much higher based on the pictures but decided it was fairly priced for what you get and gave 5 stars based on value for the money.

The DREAM Vacation Rental

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! 11 girls stayed here for a bachelorette party and this home truly made the weekend. The house is gorgeous, immaculately decorated & appointed with top-line amenities. Kitchen is private-chef quality, as evidenced by the private sushi chef dinner we were able to host. All 11 of us could sleep more than comfortably (beds were AMAZING), fit easily in either of the two spacious living rooms/dining room, and the 4 full bathrooms were enough to accommodate even 11 gals getting ready on time. To top it all off, the home truly is an easy five minute walk to Main Street (take the staircase down the street - cuts right through!). Check-in was easy, the host was delightful...truly, a perfect VRBO experience.

Met My Needs

Pros: nice layout with many bedrooms and bathrooms, beds are comfortable, fun hot tub, two washer/dryer units, short walk to town lift and downtown area. Great layout for large groups. Cons: the property is not well-equipped with a number of basic supplies, for example scissors, and the driveway is short and very narrow. I arrived on Wednesday and the check in/check out directions said I was expected to haul the three or four large, full garbage cans (from the previous guests) up the steps to the street for Thursday morning pick up, when the cleaning crew, who had been there earlier, could have done this. I was unable to get sound to work on the TV in the living room. Overall, this property met my needs but was somewhat disappointing.

Beautiful House near downtown Park City

This is a beautiful home just two blocks from downtown Park City. It is bright and spacious with a great kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and a great patio with outdoor seating and a hot tub. The kitchen is well-appointed and the oven, refrigerator and other appliances are top-notch. Other reviews are correct that there are a lot of stairs, with the house on three main levels. Also the walk back up to the house from downtown is a steep two blocks. But the convenience is still excellent. The house is beautiful, but it is extremely close to its neighbors, and the neighborhood is a bit uneven, with some houses refurbished and others more rundown. But it still feels safe. Our only negative was the checkout. Although the website had indicated an 11 am checkout time when we booked the house, and we had made our travel arrangements accordingly, we were told that we had to be out of the house by 10 am, with no leeway given, so the house cleaners could prepare for the next guests. I understand the need for deep cleaning, but found the change of time and lack of any flexibility to be a negative note to an otherwise delightful visit.

New years stay

Although we enjoyed the property whilst we were there, a number of things need to be rectified for future visitors. 1. On our first morning when trying to make breakfast the electric breaker tripped and the electricity went off in all of the breakfast area.(This happened several times on our visit).You need to notify customers where the breaker switches are located as we spent valuable time searching for this. 2. The amount of glasses that are supplied is very inadequate.One glass had a crack in it, all different sizes, shapes etc. need to be uniform. 3. Cups and plates cracked/chipped which is a health hazard 4. Hot tub, pretty disgraceful water, dirty and after two days use could not use anymore as children were itching, health hazard. 5. Could not get the washing machine to work on the main floor. 6. Need an information book for guests on the property 7. Have visited many places throughout the ski world over the Christmas/New Year period and have ALWAYS had a Christmas tree and decorations, rather disappointing that this property did not, particulary as you pay more for this time of year.
