Welcome to our Gorgeous REMODELED, spacious Bristlecone home with panoramic views of Deer Valley resort.

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**

Large open plan condo with amazing views of Deer Valley. Four bedrooms set over two floors. Our condo has a private hot tub which is perfect after a long day of skiing, biking, or hiking. The property is outfitted with the best furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax by the gorgeous gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected with WiFi and cable TV in the master bedroom, living room, and loft space.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
Master bedroom on the main level with En suite bathroom
Second and third bedrooms on the main level with a shared hallway bathroom
Living room and large well stocked kitchen.
Fourth bedroom on the upper level with shared hallway bathroom
Loft area has a second living room space and bunk beds.

**LOCATION**
Seconds from the Deer Valley slopes for world-class skiing, hiking and biking and less than 3 miles from the base of Park City. Enjoy beautiful views year round. Walking distance to the Deer Valley Grocery - Cafe and a free winter shuttle will pick you up outside the unit or the year round Park City shuttle is located within 75 yards of the front door and it will take you wherever you want to go!

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops directly outside of the condo, it will take you anywhere you need to go in town. When you rent our condo you won't be needing a car, shops, restaurants, and retail stores are all within a short distance.

Beautiful Views

This was the perfect property for two families with little ones. There was enough space for each family to have a floor to themselves, the views were wonderful, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. We loved that it was far enough from town to be away from the noise of main street, but it took just a few minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again if we return to Park City!

Great House and great rental company!

We absolutely loved this house! It's huge and had plenty of space! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the hot tub was lovely after skiing. I had a couple of issues I communicated with the company and they got back to me very quickly and resolved them. I highly recommend this rental company and definitely this house.

Nice condo - close to slopes

We loved staying in this condo! We had a large group of family members (8 adults and 3 kids) and everyone was comfortable and had enough space. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hot tub was warm and used often after skiing. We didn't have a car and used the bus system - not nearly as easy or frequent as the property listing claims. But eventually we got to the slopes. The managers were very responsive via text which was lovely. Our groceries were delivered to the wrong address - make sure you say the street is Deer Valley Drive North!! I also think all the snow was to blame… ;). There was some maintenance happening at the property that we were not made aware of - they were clearing snow all day and the banging was disturbing. While they apologized… I think we should have been offered something more than lip service. Thank you for hosting us, we will likely be back.

Amazing Family Experience

Our family absolutely loved the beautiful, clean condo in Deer Valley. The views were breathtaking & the location was perfect. The condo is very tasteful & we will definitely be back. Happy Stay in Park City

The property was overall great! Very clean, roomy, a great view of the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked. All the linens seemed to be clean. Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Park City.

Amazing ski location and beautiful townhome

We had a wonderful time reuniting our family for a Deer Valley ski trip at this property. The accommodations were above our expectations with plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean, an amazing view and location! We definitely would come back to stay again.
