The grand bonus is you're only a five minute drive to Historic Main Streets finest Establishments, Souvenir Shops to one-of-a-kind Boutiques, Sitka Alaska Fur Gallery, Specialty Shops, Spas and with all three Ski Resorts less than a 15 minutes drive.

This charming home is 2000 square feet, four bedrooms, four baths, den/office, loft/ family room and sleeps ten people comfortably. There is WIFI available; TVs are in two bedrooms, loft/family room and living room.

The main floor is an open floor plan with a kitchen, breakfast counter, dining room, living room, bedroom/den/office, bathroom with shower, full washer/dryer, a deck and hot-tub, plus a two car garage.

The upper level has a master suite with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with double sinks and a shower- jetted tub. This room also boasts the incredible ski and mountain views. The second room has a queen bed, a bathroom with a single sink and a shower-bath. The third bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with a single sink and a shower-bath. All three of these rooms are adjacent to the cozy loft/family room with a flat screen TV.

The property has no resort fees, is impeccable and will make for an unforgettable family vacation.

Beautiful townhouse so close to mountain!

We had a wonderful stay - the property manager is extremely responsive and helpful, the townhouse was clean, spacious and has clearly been well taken care of, and the proximity to Deer Valley’s main lodge & parking can’t be beat (2 mins by car or you can take the shuttle or walk). My whole family is already looking forward to returning!

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Deer Valley property! The location is so convenient and the views of the Deer Valley resort from the back patio/hot tub are breathtaking! The home is well furnished, clean, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need including a slow cooker and other small appliances. Our host, Christine, was very responsive, helpful and kind. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely book this property again!

This was a perfect stay in Deer Valley!

The house was spacious and very comfortable! We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen couldn't have been better stocked with kitchen tools, cookware, and small appliances. The hot tub and master bedroom had beautiful views!! We appreciated the pack and play provided for the baby! The shuttle service to the mountain base was very convenient! We will book this house again! Thank you to the host, Christine, for being so accommodating!

Anniversary get away

We Rent in deer lake village every year! This home has the perfect slope view of deer valley resort along with an updated decor. Christine was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made our stay stress free. Will Definitely be back for ski season!!!

Had a great stay at Christine's home! Unfortunately the hot tub was found to be broken the day before we checked in (although this was communicated ahead of time by Christine). Overall, very clean, great location, great communication from Christine, would recommend.

Great property near Deer Valley

This is a great property very close to Deer Valley and also an easy drive to Park City. It accommodated the 8 of us easily, and we didn’t even us the downstairs bedroom. It would be fine for 10 guests. We would definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt, the location of the home really impressed both families that stayed at the property. The size of the home was also better than expected and fit 4 adults and 4 kids very well and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The home has recently gone through a renovation in the kitchen that impressed all that stayed. If you are looking for home close to Deer Valley that fits two families well, I would certainly consider this property.

Amazing stay !

Everything about our stay was amazing. The condo is just perfect for a great ski trip to Deer Valley. Our family had a great time and loved the convenience of the condo. It is equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. We especially loved the hot tub looking out onto the slopes !
