Start your day by checking out views of Deer Valley's Lady Morgan lift, from the comfort of your living room. Avoid the crowds and cars of Lower Deer Valley, and walk out your door up Little Belle's private heated path to the walkway which will take you past the Stein Ericksen Lodge Resort and Spa to Silver Lake Village where you can purchase your daily lift tickets, rent skis, meet up with lessons, or dine in the mid-mountain Silver Lake Lodge.

Upon returning from your fantastic ski day at Deer Valley enjoy a dip in your hot tub under the stars, warm-up by the crackling fire, play a game of pool on the professional Olhausen billiard table, then cap your evening off by relaxing in one of the 7 oversized reclining home theater seats in the dedicated surround sound home theater with a 144 inch screen. Movies, sporting events, streaming apps through Apple TV and your favorite HDTV shows have never looked so good! There is a doorbell camera on the exterior of the condo monitoring the front door.

The voluminous 2800 sqft. townhome is comprised of three floors:

Bottom floor (entry level) - on the first level is the spectacular home theater with 144" movie screen, game room with arcade, pinball and foosball table, washer/dryer, and ski prep area located in the garage

Middle floor - up the stairs to the second level are two of the ensuite bedrooms one with a king bed and TV, the other with a single bunk bed with a single trundle (sleeps 3), den with a double fold out couch (sleeps 2) with TV, kitchen, dining, living room with gas fireplace and 60" inch flat screen TV and the private outdoor hot tub;

Top floor - continuing to the third floor is the loft with pool table and TV, the master bedroom with king bed and TV, and another ensuite bedroom with a king bed and TV.

With this location, you won't need a car. The free Park City Shuttle picks up every 20-30 minutes at the entrance to the heated driveway of this small 20 unit complex to take you into town, or you can walk back to the uncrowded dining locations of Silver Lake and experience Swiss Fondue at the quaint Goldner Hirsch Austrian Chalet, or a sleigh ride and Sunday buffet at the famous Stein Ericksen Lodge. Leave your skis each day at the complimentary Deer Valley ski valet, and even the kids can make the 4 minute walk unencumbered by ski gear.
