Superior accommodations, amenities, and ski experience at Deer Valley in Empire Pass where you beat the crowds on a powder day as most people are getting on the mountain at Snow Park or Silver Lake. As well, you really don't have any issue with early or late season skiing as the snow is so good up this high.

This BRAND NEW (2018 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access via the Silver Strike Express chairlift to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run which is rated a beginner (green) trail so any skiing ability will get you home!

One Empire Pass is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences in Deer Valley. Construction finished in 2018, our condo is considered one of the most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos in the building. Our condo is 1,250 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms both with ensuite full baths.

The appointments in the bedroom suites:

Master bedroom -- King size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, Drybar Buttercup professional ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu live TV. Amazon Echo Show, huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and automated privacy and room-darkening shades

Second Bedroom -- One king-size with pillow-top mattresses. As well, 2 twin bunk beds. Ensuite full bathroom and Drybar Buttercup professional ionic blow dryer. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu live TV. Amazon Echo Show, and automated privacy and room-darkening shades

Also, there is a pull-out sofa (queen size with dense memory foam mattress) in the living room that sleeps 2.

SUSTAINABILTY INITIATIVES
We care deeply about the environment. We want to do our part to lessen our environmental impact and make it easy for our guests to do so as well. Our current Sustainability Initiatives include:

Electricity from renewable sources
* Our electric power is from wind and solar through the Rocky Mountain Power Blue Sky energy program.

Reduced plastic usage
* All shampoo, conditioner, etc. is great luxury product dispensed from larger, refillable bottles. No more tiny plastic amenity bottles.
* To decrease plastic water bottle waste, cold filtered water is built into all refrigerators or a filtered water pitcher is provided.

Shared transportation
* Our Empire Pass properties (One Empire Pass and Argent) have a free, shared, on-demand shuttle.
* All locations have easy and close access to the free Park City bus.

Trash & Recycling
* All trash and recycling containers in the kitchen are clearly labeled with what can be recycled.
