"This spacious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom townhome is a skier’s paradise, with easy access to Deer Valley Resort’s mid-mountain Silver Lake Village and impressive accommodations that sleep up to 10. Start the day, by skiing right out your door, on the community’s ski access to Deer Valley’s Success Run. While inside the four wood-burning fireplaces located throughout the townhome, a private hot tub, and mountain-western atmosphere invite you back in to relax and enjoy yourself.
Timber beams and large windows framing the beautiful surroundings welcome guests to this three-level townhome. The upper level offers a spacious living room, with high ceilings and comfortable leather furniture, that entices guests to relax by the wood-burning fireplace surrounded by a stunning stone hearth or enjoy a show on the flat-screen TV. Windows overlooking the neighboring treetops provide a lovely reading nook complete with a large bookshelf and window seat. If staying in for a meal, the open kitchen and dining room allow for easy conversation and entertaining, and the large island with granite countertops combined with the stainless-steel appliances and Thermador six-burner range are sure to delight the home chef. The table provides seating for eight and the kitchen island has seating for four. A half bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen.
The main suite, located off the kitchen area, features a king-size bed, luxurious linens, gas burning fireplace with a stone hearth, and flat-screen TV. The large en suite bathroom that includes a sitting area with built-in storage and large mirrors, two marble sinks, granite countertops, and a tiled shower with a glass door complete the private oasis.
The second level offers hours of fun in the family room with a pool table, wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable furniture, or relax in the soothing private hot tub outside.
