DETAILS: "Pool Envy" is a custom-built, 5-bedroom, luxury home designed with fun and relaxation in mind. Conveniently located in popular Seacrest, this dream home has easy access to many beach communities, including Alys Beach and Rosemary. In addition to having the largest, private, heated pool in Seacrest, you are steps away from the popular 12,000 square foot community lagoon pool. "Pool Envy" is situated at the front of the community, just a few short minutes from the beach, as well as countless dining options within walking or biking distance.

This stunning home boasts inviting, coastal decor with no detail left forgotten. Top-of-the-line finishes, stainless appliances, and hardwood floors are just a few of the details that will create an upscale feel with all the conveniences of home. This spacious home that sleeps 12 includes two primary suites with king beds, two guest rooms with king beds, and a bunk room that sleeps four, all with private bathrooms. This family-friendly home has a third floor designed for entertainment. With a separate family room equipped with games, you can step outside onto a fabulous deck that includes a convenient outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the view of the private pool while relaxing or reading on the custom swing.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*The propane grill by the pool is for guest use. However, the gas grill on the 3rd-floor patio is for the owner's use only.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 30lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400, plus tax.

Great accommodations! It was nicely decorated. Plenty of living space for 8 adults especially loved having 4 king sized beds,Would have liked some kitchen products such as some dish detergent, dish washer pods at least to get started… maybe a little more variety in size/type of glasses.

We had a great time at Pool Envy! The rental house and private pool were extremely clean and ready for us at check-in. Management was very quick to respond. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and the house came stocked with enough essentials to get us started. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Seacrest.

More to envy than just the pool!

Awesome house! We loved the location and walkability to local shops and food. Live music in the square that was a 2 min walk was great each evening. House is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Backyard was amazing as the water was still cool for our Spring Break trip - the heated pool was awesome. Loved being right on the little park of the area - played wiffle ball in the evenings and the kids had a blast.

Perfect house for group of friends or family!

We did a girls weekend here and the house was amazing, perfect location and it was always easy to get in touch with 360 when we had questions or needed anything. The house did not come with dish/hand soap and only offered 2 trash bags/paper towels, but besides that everything was great!

The house was wonderful and accommodated our 9 family members nicely. We had to have the pool pump replaced and the very cold weather froze the pipes and the hot water tank... but your team took are of it all. Thank you!

First time in Rosemary

Overall, this property was a great fit for our girl's trip. However, the AC on the 2nd floor (covering 3 of the 5 bedrooms) didn't work the entire weekend. Maintenance came to fix it and it worked for an hour or so, then stopped working. My message to the house contact, unfortunately went unanswered. Very disappointing, epsecially for how much we paid for the house.

Cold showers for everyone

Property and house was very nice. However, there was little to no hot water in bathrooms Thursday-Sunday. We got it working ourselves a couple of times but overall cold showers for the long weekend. TV’s cable didn’t work until we fixed them ourselves because handyman couldn’t fix any issues we had. 1 guest room didn’t have tv remote. Washing machine wouldn’t spin dry so they had to replace with dented one during our stay and the delivery guy had an attitude. Had issues with kitchen sink disposal. 2nd floor bathroom fan didn’t work. Several other issues and spent most of our vacation repairing our own issues. This was a 60th birthday celebration for my husband.

Golden Owl reunion

This house was great for our size group, There were 12 women who all graduated from college 50 years ago. We just had a few issues. The house was not cleaned deeply especially the bunk room. 4 women slept in there. On one of the top bunks a condom was discovered. The box with the remainder of the condoms was found behind the dresser in that room when one of my friends went to unplug her charger. The shelves next to the top bunk were filthy! I would hope that housekeeping would do a better job of cleaning so that the next group who stays at this house does not encounter anything like this especially if they have young children. Also, the door handle to the closet in the bunk room kept falling off and one of the towel racks in the bathroom on the second floor was very loose. We asked for the pool heater to be turned on and waited an entire day not knowing how long it would take to heat up, only to find the heater was broken, it was warm finally on Sunday, the day we left. We were told we would be given credit for 2 days not 3 since we didn’t report it until Friday. I believe we should have been given $75 credit since we never got to enjoy the pool water. The rug on the 3rd floor was curled up on the corner which could have caused someone to trip but thankfully it didn’t. I also have one suggestion for the kitchen…it would be nice to at least have salt and pepper that stays in the house. Appreciate how nice the reservations people were from 360 Blue.

Great Family Vacay House

Perfect family vacation house. Seacrest and 30A has so much to offer. Pool Envy was a fantastic house for the two families attended. It was a bit of a chilly week when we visited, so having a heated pool and bikes to explore was fantastic. We will be back!

We had a great time during our stay at Pool Envy. The house was beautiful - we especially loved the private pool and the third floor porch, where we enjoyed having dinner outdoors. The only suggestion I have is that the kitchen needs to be restocked with cooking tools/utensils. There was no spatula, cooking spoons, grill spatula, and only a single potholder. A large frying pan would also be helpful for larger groups. Overall, we had a great stay at Pool Envy.

Excellent property! There were eight of us total (four adults and four children under age 6). The house had everything we needed; from plates for the kids, to smart TVs, and of course the pool! The management company was very accommodating in providing any assistance we needed and answering our questions. We were there in an interesting time (the beginning of COVID-19 shut downs) and they were still very responsive with small requests to check the pool heater and fix a small issue with the dishwasher. The location is great too. A three min bike to Rosemary beach and five minutes to Alys Beach. We enjoyed time on the patios, cooking at the house or picking up food from one of the close restaurants. I would highly recommend this house.

Pool envy was very nice....we loved the location. When we arrived the cleaning service was not good. Floors made our feet black. Dust on everything, kitchen sink is porcelain and it was scratched and black. Nothing to clean it with. Gas grills didn’t work. Kitchen was not stocked with utensils, pots and pans were scratched, knives were terrible. We had eight girls on our trip and had to bring chairs in from patio for extra seating. The place was decorated very tastefully but the cleaning service was horrible. I’m sorry for the owners because I think they tried to make it nice....they do need to restock kitchen for sure. The 360 people tried to accommodate but need new cleaning people for sure! Rods for drapes are horrible. They are pulling out of wall. You should install shades or blinds that don’t draw...

The Ridgeways had a wonderful week with absolutely fantastic weather. We get together at this time each year when our oldest son and family visit us from Seoul, Korea. There were a total of 13 people in our family. We loved the area, the three floors, and the pool. Having bicycles to ride was so nice. The availability of the trams helped in getting everything needed to the beach area. The evening entertainment in the shopping area was delightful. We participated in the bonfire on the beach with other relatives who were staying in Rosemary. Our family had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for the week.
