Welcome to Thenad Villas – Villa Nadia with Heated Pool, one of two exclusive luxury villas located in the peaceful seaside village of Skaleta, Rethymnon. Villa Nadia is the front villa of the complex, offering beautiful sea views, elegant design, and private outdoor spaces. Although part of a two-villa complex, each villa enjoys its own private entrance, swimming pool, and outdoor facilities, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

This brand-new, two-storey villa has been thoughtfully designed with contemporary architecture, high ceilings, large glass windows, and luxurious handmade furnishings that create a bright, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere.

The open-plan ground floor features a spacious living area with a fireplace, Smart TV, and dining area, alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including an espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and all essential cookware.

Also on the ground floor are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (160×200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 × 200 cm each), which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. Two modern bathrooms with showers complete this level.

The upper floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring two single beds (100×200 cm each) that can also be converted into a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and stunning sea views. The spacious balcony offers the perfect place to relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the beautiful Cretan coastline. For added convenience, the balcony can also be accessed via the interior staircase without entering the master bedroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private infinity swimming pool (10×4m, depth 1.40m), a separate children's pool, comfortable sun loungers, landscaped gardens, a BBQ, and an outdoor dining area, making it the perfect setting for relaxing days under the Mediterranean sun.

To elevate your stay, the outdoor pool that measures 40sq.m., can be gently heated to a soothing 26°C, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment even in the cooler months. Pool heating must be reserved for the full duration of your stay, with at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival. A supplement of €50 per day applies. Please note that heating is weather-dependent (will not operate during rainy conditions) ensuring the most enjoyable swimming experience. A pool cover is not available.

Villa Nadia is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, private parking, baby equipment upon request, and many more amenities to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay.

Just 100 metres away, you'll find a quiet, unorganised beach, perfect for a refreshing swim or a peaceful walk by the sea.
