When you enter this property you enter into a wide hallway. This leads to a spacious sitting room with an open fire and a flat screen TV. The sitting room opens out onto the kitchen/ conservatory area. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and is quite spacious. There is a utility room across the hall from the kitchen, which is fitted with a washing machine, and dryer. Next to the utility room is a walk-in hot press. The ground floor also has a bedroom fitted with a double bed and across the hall lies a spacious bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. When you climb the stairs to the second floor the first room to the left is a bedroom fitted with two single beds and a couch. the next room is a spacious bathroom which has the added feature of a bath. The final bedroom is the master bedroom which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
