Imagine a two-acre Garden of Eden with a vacation home dropped in the middle. Each portion of this property is an outdoor room with its own character. The front "tranquility room" features gardens and waterfalls, with massive sweeping maples, oaks, evergreens and dozens of different perennial varieties. The outdoor "party room" to the east features the 9-person hot tub, fire pit, grill and outdoor shower. The south-facing outdoor "sun room" features chaise lounges and other outdoor seating on a curvilinear and massive deck that looks like a gentle sand dune facing a pine forest. There is a table with seating for 8 for beautiful outdoor dining. The west-facing "game lawn" is perfect for corn hole and other outdoor games.
Inside. With five bedrooms (two of the bedrooms have two sets of bunkbeds each, so there are 8 bunks, two queen beds and a king bed, plus a queen-sized pull-out sofa) and four full bathrooms, as many as 16 (when using pullout sofa) can have a great time over the week or weekend, and all sleep onsite. Sorry, we are no longer allowing weddings, bachelor parties, high school or college groups, and any groups over 16 people (unless several are small children).

Features: Signature deck with outdoor gas grill, 9-person hot tub, outdoor shower and a luxury lower level with its own living area, tv, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bar and laundry. Upstairs features a full bathroom with 4'x6' shower with dual shower heads and three bedrooms, brand new and expanded kitchen open to and combined with the dining/four-seasons room with gas fireplace and living room.
The pond and waterfalls make this 2-acre property a retreat for all types of groups.

Spring and fall are my favorite times, but even winter is cozy in this getaway! Less than a mile to the beach, so you can walk, bike or drive. Three bikes are available for guests to use. Additional bike rentals are available during summer just down the street. There are also food trucks in the same location.
What makes this different from most homes in Beverly Shores is the location and lot size. We are close enough to the lake to make it an easy walk, bike or drive, but unlike homes close to the lake, this lot is two acres, which gives you a feeling of privacy while still being able to spread out.
The driveway is large and circular, so can accommodate several cars. The post office parking lot is adjacent and can be used after business hours. The owner also owns the post office building/site.

If you like to eat and don't want to grill all the time on site, The Goblin and the Grocer restaurant is open just two doors down. It is a focal point of post-beach activity or a great place for Bloody Mary's anytime of day! Next door is Dunes Antiques. These are our neighbors and they are great! Go shop and meet them!
Excessive noise, yelling, playing loud music is not tolerated, so if this is your style, you may want to pass on us.
