This impressive property is situated in a quiet location in North Devon, just four miles from the pretty village of Buckland Brewer, which offers a welcoming village pub, as well as a handy shop and post office. The surrounding area has much to offer to holidaymakers, including the traditional village of Higher Clovelly, which has been beautifully maintained to offer an authentic look at the area’s rich heritage. Just a little further around the coast, and within eleven miles of the property, the two-mile wide stretch of sand at Westward Ho! Can be found. Other places of interest in the area include the harbour town of Bideford, The Big Sheep farm-themed fun park, and RHS Rosemoor.

This single-storey property offers stylish accommodation for 12 guests with plenty of space for all to enjoy themselves. The open-plan living area comprises of a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, within which the lounge offers a wonderfully relaxing space with inviting sofas, SkyTV, a Blu-ray player, and a warming wood burner. The room continues around a corner to the dining area and on to the kitchen, where guests will find an island unit, range oven, hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The property benefits from a large conservatory and offers a second dining space with views over the extensive gardens, an American-style pool table, and doors that open onto a relaxing decked area and into the sauna/games room. The property has six stunning bedrooms, four of which are king-size rooms, one with an en-suite shower room and WC, and three with their own TV. The fourth bedroom is a triple room with three single beds, which has a door leading to a super-king room which benefits from its own TV and countryside views. An en-suite shower room with WC is located off the twin bedroom, which makes this an ideal suite of rooms for a family with young children. The property’s main bathroom offers wheelchair access with a walk-in shower, bath, WC, and Jack-and-Jill sinks. There is also a convenient separate WC.

The outside areas of the property offer a fantastic space for guests to relax and have lots of fun in.
