This delightful cottage is situated in Bacton and is quietly positioned a stones throw away from long stretches of sandy beach. Ideal for long walks, fishing and buckets & spades a must for the children.
Bacton offers a good range of local amenities including a pub, shops, a fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway and cafes, all within walking distance. Bacton woods nearby is a great afternoon out for the whole family including the dog! Nearby is North Walsham for shopping and a little further to Stalham for day boat hire to cruise the miles of waterways and enjoy the riverside pubs. Cromer with end of pier entertainment, esplanade gardens, Amazona Zoo, golf and Lifeboat Museum. National Trust properties include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and nature reserves, for wildlife, at Hickling and How Hill. Other fun days out include, Wroxham Barns with small animal farm, Bewilderwood Tree House Adventure or ride the narrow gauge Bure Valley Railway.
On entering the traditional cottage into a good size country style well equipped kitchen/diner, having an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave. Leading through to the light and spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, wooden flooring, a woodburner (1st basket of coal included, thereafter available locally.) Smart TV. The steep cottage style stairs lead to the first floor landing, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with feature fire place. A shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside: an enclosed courtyard with plants and shrubs, seating and a BBQ.
