In summer, enjoy scenic hiking trails through the Ore Mountains, while winter offers access to skiing in Oberwiesenthal or Klinovec, with 10 ski lifts opening the largest ski area in the region. The town center, general stores, and several restaurants are all within a short 400–500 meter walk. The nearest ski lift and public swimming pools are about 10 km away.

Inside, the home boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a playroom featuring table football and billiards. Outside, the terrace is furnished for enjoying the fresh mountain air and garden views.

A security deposit of EUR 55,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
