Welcome to the former Oberförsterei of Sosa. From April 2026, two rustic and cosy holiday apartments, each with a spacious 140 mÂČ, will be available for you. The apartments accommodate up to 10 (Apartment I) or 8 guests (Apartment II) and offer a unique atmosphere. Apartment I features a piano and record player for music lovers, as well as decorative elements that recall the history of the Oberförsterei.
Apartment II invites you to relax in the stylish, wood-panelled fireplace room while enjoying views over the picturesque village. Both apartments have several fireplaces and tiled stoves; firewood is provided free of charge.
Sosa is idyllically located at the foot of the Auersberg and is ideal for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, ski fans reach the Ski Arena Eibenstock in just eight minutes by car. In summer, you can use the shared pool of Ferienwohnung Neubert free of charge. It is about a three-minute walk and located in the centre of Sosa. Whether for cooling off, swimming with a pool trainer, or water volleyball â the garden with panoramic views offers something for everyone.
Guests also have free access to the Sosa beach volleyball arena and the tennis court at the sports ground.
