This detached bungalow is on a small park near Gerolstein in the heart of the Eifel. It is in a quiet position at the edge of a wood. The bungalow is modern and recently built with every modern convenience. There is an attractive garden with garden furniture and barbecue. The home also has a parking place. The gardens are not completely fenced. A possible temporary shielding can be placed on request for 35.00 Euro per week. The wooded hills, mountain landscape, fascinating rocks, blue lakes and picturesque villages make the area a perfect holiday destination.

De eerste indruk van het huis was das het er niet zo gezellig uit zag. Het went wel en is dan minder erg. De eerste 2 dagen, zaterdag en zondag, geen T.V. ontvangst. Gemeld bij de receptie, maandag komt de monteur. Resultaat is dat een aantal Nederlandse zenders het gaan doen. Wij wilden heel graag de tenniswedstrijden van Roland Garros zien, maar deze zender deed het niet.. Heeeeel jammer!! De zitbanken waren voorzien van veel te grote overtrekken, wat het zitten niet prettig maakte. Er waren geen opscheplepels. Tip:. er zijn 6 tuinstoelen aanwezig. Een paar ruilen voor verstelbare tuinstoelen Tip: een vliegengordijn in de huiskamer

Nach einer langen Wartezeit auf den Urlaub konnten wir leider nicht aus Menschlichen Gründen und durch den Katastrophenschutz ausgerufenen Bedingungen leider nicht Anreisen. Aber sich an dem Leid aller Beteiligten noch zu bereichern finde ich schon hart! Mein Geld hätte man dann auch der Region zu kommen lassen können! In diesem Sinne bleiben sie alle Gesund!

Aankomst was vriendelijk en de accommodatie was goed, ook de omgeving was fantas ...

Aankomst was vriendelijk en de accommodatie was goed, ook de omgeving was fantastisch. Helaas zaten de eetkamer stoelen en de zitbank onder de vlekken wat een onsmakelijk gezicht was. In de slaapkamer was het veel te licht als de zon opkwam rond 5 uur, op 1 slaapkamer hing een kapotte jaloezie en hadden we het idee dat we om 5 uur onder een hoogte zon lagen, dit hebben we allemaal zelf opgelost door dekens voor de ramen te hangen. Voor de verhuurder zijn de vlekken in de meubels en de veel te lichte slaapkamers zeker een aandachtspunt om het te verbeteren. Tevens is het vreemd als je een 6 persoons huisje huurt maar voor 3 personen een wifi code krijgt pas nadat er over geklaagd was en gedreigd heb om Belvilla herover te bellen werd er nog een code afgegeven voor 3 personen, waar eigenlijk nog 11 euro voor betaald had moeten worden.

Het huisje was op zich goed maar alle apparatuur inclusief douche is electrisch we hebben 3x gedoucht en 2x gekookt en konden nog een extra 100 euro afrekenen aan het einde van de vakantie absurd duur ook het bedlinnen vond ik veel te duur

Huisje was op het eerste gezicht schoon, maar het bankstel en de eetkamerstoelen hadden stoffen bekleding vol met vlekken. Ook vertoonde verschillende verborgen gebreken. Zoals lampjes die stuk waren, een magnetron die niet draait, een tv met een lamme skartkabel. een thermokraan die geen contante watertemperatuur geeft. WIFI dat het gewoon 14 dagen niet doet.

We hebben ( 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen) in Juli/ Augustus 2017 hier 2 weken gezeten. We zaten in huisje 122, een keurig en netjes huis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien echt niks op aan te merken. We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad. Er is in de omgeving van alles te doen en te zien. De natuur is hartstikke mooi je kunt er alle kanten op. Het enigste puntje is dat er op 2 kamers stapelbedden staan, dat was voor ons geen probleem maar ik kan me voostellen als dat je met 6 volwassenen bent dat het misschien wat minder is. Maar het is echt heel goed bevallen, zeker een aanrader!

Het ruime 6 persoons-huisje op het Eifelpark was van alle gemakken voorzien met een zeer ruime tuin waar we heerlijk vrij konden zitten. De omgeving van Gerolstein is prachtig om te wandelen maar ook om rond te toeren met de auto en de prachtige stadjes in het Eifelgebied te bezoeken. Denk aan Gerolstein zelf maar ook aan Monschau, Trier (leuk en gemakkelijk met de trein te bezoeken), Bad-Munstereifel (veel outlet winkels), Cochem, Blankenstein om er maar een aantal te noemen.

Heerlijke omgeving midden in het bosgebied met voldoende wandelmogelijkheden. Gerolstein is dichtbij en heeft voldoende fasciliteiten. Eten is fantastisch en erg goedkoop. Huisje is midern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaresse was bereikbaar voor vragen en heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Mijn enige aandachtspunt is eigenlijk het bed. Het matras was voor mij iets te zacht waardoor ik de lattenbodem voelde. Maar wellicht ben ik wel iets te zwaar😉

Met zes personen zijn wij verbleven in deze woning op het eifelpark. Het is een modern huisje, liggend in een rustige bosrijke omgeving. In de omgeving meerdere mountainbike en wandelroutes. Wij hebben het naar ons zin gehad en zouden hier nog wel een keer willen verblijven.

Het aantal huisjes is gering en de tuinen zijn ruim. Het was heerlijk rustig op het park. De huisjes zelf zijn groot. Lekkere badkamer. Nederlands sprekende vriendelijke beheerder. Er is heel veel te doen in de omgeving. Goede tv en wifi.
