About this property

New Remodel, 10th Floor Amazing Southern Views! Sleeps 7 comfortably. You will love the sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your very own private balcony. The property is fully stocked with everything you'll need while at the condo or while enjoying a day at the beach or pool. New beach chairs, tilt and anchor umbrellas, a cooler and a new Pull and Push Large Big Wheeled Beach Cart that makes it easy to get all your beach necessities to the ocean.

Sleeps 7 comfortably! King size master, with a queen/twin bunk bed and a pull out twin trundle in the second bedroom. The couch also pulls out to a queen size bed. Living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart tvs. So when you are not enjoying the white sands and aqua blue water you can stream your favorite shows and movies. Condo is also equipped with Free Wifi and basic cable. A DVD player and DVDs are at the condo if you do not subscribe to a streaming service.

Also enjoy gorgeous sunsets, some of the best shelling in Florida, swimming in the ocean or the pool, or fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions.

There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts. Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here for a minimal fee.

Great time with the Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to Marco for spring break every year and our kids love it, very easy location, very clean and had most of what we needed.I would recommend updating the beach cart to one with better wheels,as it is a must to use with kids and the air conditioning is very load but worked well. The sofa bed is the living room needs to be replaced as it caves in or may be broken when the bottom is pulleds out.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the South Seas Towers twice before and were thrilled with the accommodations. However, this year we found the unit to be run down. The shades in the master bedroom did not work. The living room rug looked dirty. The handle to open the screens to the balcony was broken. Despite that, we still loved the location and view of the Gulf.

It is a hike to the beach, but it lets you get a start on your work out. My favorite thing about the beach is the shelling. So many to different shells as you walk the beach. This trip was our 5th time down here. Great Place to rent from.

The amenities were great, but I have to say the wagon for the beach was extremely hard to pull. After we got a rhythm of backpack chairs, shoulder strap cooler and the awning, it wasn’t bad to walk to the beautiful beach!
