This impressive and substantial Victorian house enjoys an incredible position beside the sea loch of Loch Goil, where it takes in magnificent scenery and provides exquisite, elegant living accommodation.

Sleeping nine guests across five bedrooms, it’s ideal for a group of friends or a family who enjoy traditional character and contemporary comforts, surrounded by Alba’s great outdoors. There’s ample space for family and friends to spread out after a busy day of hillwalking or exploring the spectacular towns and villages of Argyll.

Step up to the grand porch entrance which leads into the lofty hall and living space. Cosy up by one of the 3 toasty wood burners in the drawing-room with its tall bay window, the sumptuously-styled dining room or in the large family room. Challenge fellow-guests to a game of pool in the vaulted-ceiling living room with a 52 inch smart TV, wood burner, drinks cabinet and stylish seating - made for family gatherings, and with French doors leading out to the garden. You’ll also find a four-poster king-size bedroom on this floor with period furniture, plus a shower room , bright and airy conservatory and utility room. There’s also a twin bedroom with loch views, and a single bedroom with angle-step access, plus a family bathroom. All of the bedrooms are sumptuously styled with crisp white linen and harris tweed throws cushions. If you need a quiet moment away from the gang, there’s also a half-landing reading area by a bright picture window with inspiring hill views

On sunny afternoons, enjoy alfresco BBQ dining on either the garden terrace in the rear garden or on the properties side decked area, where you can also soak away the day in the six-person hot tub, also there are stone steps at the front of the property down to the private lochside garden which is lawned and has picnic bench for 8, From here you can stroll across to the pebble beach by the bonnie loch where creative guests may be inspired to paint the ever-changing skies on the waterfront.
