This property enjoys a quiet location above the stable block on the owner’s smallholding. It is ideally situated for those who want to get away from all the stresses of daily life and simply enjoy the quiet surroundings and the simple pleasures of relaxing walks and country pubs. Two miles from the property, the tidal hamlet of Cresswell Quay offers a popular waterside pub which is an idyllic place to relax over drinks in the afternoon or on summer’s evening. Some of Britain’s best-loved beaches are within easy reach of the property, with Tenby, Saundersfoot, and Barafundle Bay all being within a twenty-drive, making this the ideal location for beach lovers as well as those who might enjoy scenic walks along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
Entering this property on the ground floor, guests will find a staircase which leads to the accommodation on the first floor of the building. The main living area is a light-filled open-plan space with a lounge area at one end and kitchen at the other. The lounge has an inviting sofa from which guests can enjoy a film or favourite programme on the TV/DVD, whilst in the kitchen area guests will find doors which lead onto a Juliet balcony offering views over the owner’s smallholding. Guests will easily find everything they need to make themselves at home including an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge, whilst the freezer and washing machine can be found downstairs in a separate part of the stable block. A hallway from the main living area leads to the double bedroom which has a restful atmosphere and offers an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.
Outside, guests will find a patio seating area to the rear of the property, where garden furniture makes it an ideal place to enjoy alfresco drinks after a day at the beach. There is storage space for bikes, or canoes, etc. In addition to this, it may be possible to arrange on-site stabling which can be requested directly with the owner.
