About this property

San Marco Residences has the setup, but most importantly, the location you need for your next vacation! Located directly across from 1 of only 4 public beach access points, the complex offers all guests the direct beach access everyone desires. Take advantage of that beach access without having to pay those beachfront prices! On top of that access, the complex is located just a half block north of the newly finished J.W. Marriott!!!

Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. Thru time guests can expect work and workers present around the building and potential for noise while occupying a condo.

Best location for beach access

Unit is very spacious for a 1 br. Equipped with everything you will ever need. If I were the host, I'd write that they have beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards/hair dryer/beach towels. These are important and could be the difference between your unit and another VRBO.

Straight out of the 80s

Fixtures and furniture needs updating. Completely uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. Great location but DONT RENT THIS UNIT.

This property was easy walking distance to the beach. We had the comforts of home while visiting Marco Island. We would love to come back again!!

Winter get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 9th year to stay with Harborview. As in past years, our stay was a great experience. We enjoy the quick access to the beach, walking to restaurants for meals and the close proximity to grocery stores etc. Tom treats us well and appreciate his gestures. Looking forward to the new look condo next season.
