A large deck in the back with a grill. A front porch for morning coffee while you watch cyclists/runners go by on the bike path. Sitting areas in three bedrooms. Beautiful, professionally landscaped gardens designed by one of Maine’s leading landscape architect with a short, direct path to beach.
7 miles of flat, town cleaned beachfront. Two minute walk to beach on deeded right of way.
Lifeguard station guarding your family right by the beach entrance. Peace of mind for parents and children.
Parking for 3 cars. Bike path right in front. No car shuffling for you!
There is a shuttle bus that runs right by the house from Old Orchard beach to Camp Ellis.
