On entering the hallway, you will discover a plush drawing room where you can tinkle on the piano or relax by a roaring open fire. Enjoy rolling hillside views from the seated sun room or cosy up in the sitting room in front of the Smart TV/DVD and stoke the open fire on cooler nights. Be spoilt for choice of entertainment including the billiards room which includes billiards, table football, surround sound music system and more. Dine in true country manor style in the large dining room with ample seating for twenty, at the fine oak refectory table. A large, high specification kitchen has a traditional country house AGA and gas and electric ovens, spoiling chefs for choice. A fine rustic table with seating is also in the kitchen, perfect for planning the day over breakfast. Up a beautiful winding staircase, you will find nine gorgeously and individually decorated rooms, all boasting magnificent views. These include four super-king-size rooms, each with either an en-suite shower or bathroom. Four twin rooms follow, and one has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Another shower room, two more bathrooms, another double bedroom and a separate WC complete the vast property. Outside, huge landscaped mature gardens provide utopian spots for picnics and al fresco dining. You will be enchanted by the private bridge leading to ancient woodland and riverbank walks. Enjoy a spot of tennis with your fellow guests or other leisurely pursuits such as croquet and boules.
