We have stayed at this hotel several times before. We really like the spa environment and the outdoor heated swimming pool. The pool and sauna have always been very clean and never crowded. There is plenty of free parking, and there are two supermarkets close by. This time, our four-year-old son was missing from the booking, and a room for two adults had been reserved for us. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and a lady kindly helped us switch to a family room.
