Der Preis dann mit Zusatzkosten, die vorher nicht genommen wurden. Zimmer nicht im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Von Außen macht das Schloss Eindruck, aber alles was danach kam war nicht empfehlenswert. Der Service war untragbar. Wir haben bestimmt 45 min an der Rezeption verbracht um einzuchecken, wegen eines Fehlers im System auch durch diese Belvilla Seite. Dabei wurde sich viel Zeit gelassen und dass wenig zu unserer Kundenzufriedenheit. Durch Zufall gabs es unsere Zimmer noch, trotzdem erstmal das falsche Zimmer bekommen. Ein ewiges Hin und Her. Danach war unklar, ob das Zimmer schon gemacht ist. Nochmal 30 min um das Zimmer neu einzurichten und am Ende war immer noch nicht alles fertig. Der Service war unterste Schublade. Die Zimmer waren okay, aber auch nicht wirklich sauber…
