Der Check-in war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Küchenausstattung war okay,auch wenn das Inventar allgemein schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Leider funktionierte der Backofen nur einmal,danach konnte man ihn nicht mehr nutzen. Was uns sehr gestört hat, war der Hundegeruch. Die Eigentümer haben 2 sehr nette Hunde, allerdings wurde deren Geruch von Tag zu Tag penetranter und irgendwann hatten wir den Eindruck,dass auch unsere Wohnung nach "nassem Hund" riecht.

Unterkunft war OK, etwas altbacken, wenig Platz für persönliche Sachen. Treppe hoch, mit Handycape f

Stadt Grabow ist viel Fachwerk, leider viel verfallen, manchmal wohl nicht mehr zu retten. Viele Geschäfte aufgegeben Aber rundum Natur, schöne Radwege in die Umgebung

Es ist ein Haus 115 Jahre alt. Und die Bilder zeigen die Einrichtung. Schade das es nicht gefallen hat. Aber die Ausstattung passt zu uns. Es war schön, Sie als Gast zu begrüßen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Viele Absagen, da ich mit drei erwachsenen Herdenschutzhnden unterwegs war – jedoch keine Absage in Grabow bei Familie Riedel. Wir wurden mega herzlich empfangen, meine Hunde durften im Garten mit den Hunden der Familie fetzen, die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen – wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich würde auch zehn Sterne vergeben und ... sollte ich mal wieder eine Übernachtung brauchen, als erstes bei Familie Riedel anfragen.

Nicht für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet / Teilweise Leistungserbringung

Zuerst das Positive: Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, die Betten aus meiner Sicht bequem. Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern zu sehen halt etwas altbacken, aber funktioniert. Leider noch die Gründe für die fehlenden Sterne: - die erste gebuchte Nacht konnte vom Vermieter nicht geleistet werden, da er die Wohnung außerhalb von Fewo-Direkt vergeben hatte. Eine Rückerstattung erfolgte nicht. - es wurde kein Beleg über die Zahlungssumme ausgestellt mit dem Hinweis, man sei ja keine Firma. Daher Vorsicht bei beruflichen Aufenthalten.
