Enjoy friendly community of Smugglers Cove, private dock and 16 x 14 waterfront lanai with awning. Fully tiled downstairs, newer appliances, dining room and full kitchen. Kayak through King's Bay and enjoy Manatee encounters, Hunter Springs Park and Three Sisters Springs. Enjoy great fishing, scalloping (last Saturday in June through September) and the beauty of Florida's Nature Coast.

Monthly rate includes all utilities (water, power, sewerage, etc..), phone, TV/cable, and internet (WiFi). Rates adjust seasonally... contact us with your best offer.

This rental has a minimum stay of three consecutive months.

Snowbird stay at Smuggler’s Cove

Totally met our expectations. Very peaceful in the off-season, very friendly folks in adjoining condos, great view across back yard to fully foliaged barrier between canal and any buildings across the way, well landscaped, Larry, our host was extremely accommodating, friendly, and a good communicator..
