Cute quaint little property, perfect for the weekend with my friends and our SO. The 3/2 was perfect for us all getting ready (had a friends wedding in town). Super close to all the downtown things.

Great little getaway

We were visiting FL from SC and were so excited to find a place right in Homosassa! The house was a great size and was super clean! The host was great at communicating, even when I wasn't great at answering my phone! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!!

The home was exactly as described and was very well inventoried. We had everything we needed to BBQ and have a fish fry. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Communications with the owner were exceptional and he was nice enough to get us an early check-in!

Beautiful place and property for the price. Tons of Room

Huge yard with beautiful trees. Very clean and kept up in the inside. Very comfortable and cozy. Owner was a great guy and very welcoming and friendly when I spoke to him over the phone. Can drive a golf cart to anywhere you need to in the area

Great Location- Highly Recommended- Nice Home

Home has everything you will need- great location, plenty of dining options here. Suggest- The Freezer and the Old Mill Tavern-- never was able to get to the Coast but that dining option looked good too. Home is really comfortable, huge king bed, two smaller bedrooms (we were only 2 people so didnt need those); All amenities provided. You will not be disappointed. AAA++

Short stay over New Years

We had the pleasure to stay at the property over New Years 2022. My family came from Germany and we all decided to spent couple of days in Florida. We had everything we needed in the house. Everything was clean, comfortable and it was easy to find. If we ever get a chance again we would love to stay there again. Thank you very much. Conveniently located

Master bedroom fan blades dirty. Other than that it was fine. We did not cook. All we used the rental for was to sleep at night and take a nap during mid-afternoon. We really enjoyed visiting the area...yes we would like to come back someday.

Very nice property! Very peaceful very clean everything where he said it was gonna be no trouble getting into the house. Everything was perfect. The only issue I had was his neighbor stating that his driveway was private and nobody can use his private driveway so be aware of that guys.

Got what I asked for

There were no surprises. Clean and appropriate.The yellow tape keeping us off the yard was a little weird but understandable. Gave us a good laugh. Told the family look for the crime scene tape when you come to pick us up! Lol...

Homosassa trip 2025

Great place to stay and very affordable. This home has en extremely well stocked kitchen! I didn't want for anything and we cooked a variety of different meals during our stay. The home doesn't have a garbage disposal or a dishwasher but I didn't expect it to. The bed mattresses could use an upgrade but none of us were uncomfortable. This property is exactly as described and we had a wonderful time here. I would definitely stay here again!
