Clean, Cozy and Fully renovated home located across the street from The Last Resort and the Homosassa River. Large lot with plenty of room for boat trailer parking. River Haven Marina close by for launching, and across the street from Homosassa Marina for Boat rentals. Newly decorated. Fire pit on patio. Two Bedrooms and 1 bath with outside shower. No smoking. Bath House available next to barn.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all dishes that were used.
Leave beds unmade for the cleaner.
Make sure all trash and garbage are in a liner before taking to trash bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be cautious of the canal behind the house. It is too shallow to launch most boats. There is no swimming permitted (gators are sited often).
Please do not enter the barn and cookhouse areas. These are private areas not for guests.
Please be kind to our neighbor! No loud noises or parties. Respect the property line. No fires other than at the fire pit on the front patio.

This area offers a look of the true native Florida with water and wildlife. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to water access, restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our home was built in 1953 and is solid! It offers a cozy 1950's vibe with new furnishings and renovations. Also there is plenty of space on our one acre lot.
