Summary:

Forest Tide is a stylish, family-friendly three-bedroom lodge sleeping six guests at Oakdene Forest Park. It features one double bedroom, two twin rooms, a bright open-plan living area and private gated decking. There's access to the park’s leisure facilities and entertainment, with an additional fee arranged with the park. Dogs are welcome, with beautiful woodland walks directly accessible from the park.



The Space:

Forest Tide Lodge is accessed via a few steps onto the private gated decking and through the main entrance into a bright, spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.



The comfortable lounge provides plenty of seating for the whole family, along with a television and feature electric fireplace. French doors open directly onto the decking, creating a light and flowing space for everyone to enjoy.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also plenty of storage, crockery, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils.



The dining area has a table with seating for four, making it ideal for family breakfasts and relaxed evening meals.



The lodge sleeps six guests across three bedrooms:



One double bedroom with storage and an en-suite WC

Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and built-in storage

A separate family shower room with a shower, toilet and washbasin



Outside, the gated decking includes outdoor seating, a table and parasol. It’s a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, dine outside or relax after exploring the local area.



Bed linen and towels are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire lodge and gated decking.



Guest passes for Oakdene Forest Park are NOT included, but you can you purchase daily passes from the park, providing access to leisure facilities and entertainment, including:

Forest Tide is located within the family-friendly Oakdene Forest Park in St Leonards, near Ringwood.



The park sits beside Hurn Forest and offers direct access to scenic, dog-friendly woodland trails. It’s an excellent base for exploring the New Forest National Park, Ringwood, Bournemouth, Poole and the beautiful Dorset and Hampshire coastline.



Popular nearby attractions include Moors Valley Country Park, Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World, Bournemouth Beach, Poole Harbour and Adventure Wonderland.



Getting around



A car is recommended for exploring the New Forest, Dorset coast and surrounding attractions. Parking is available beside the lodge.



The park provides easy access to the A31, with Ringwood, Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch all within driving distance. Woodland walking and cycling routes can be accessed directly from the park.

Forest Tide sleeps a maximum of six guests.

Dogs are welcome but must be included in the booking.

The decking is gated, but the surrounding grounds are not fully enclosed.

There are steps leading to the lodge.

Facilities and entertainment are subject to availability, seasonal schedules and opening times.

This is a non-smoking property.
