This is a large 1425 square foot condo that sleeps 8. It has 2 private bedrooms + a bedroom loft. The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath with a whirlpool tub. The upstairs bedroom a queen bed, the loft a double futon bed, and the living room a fold out couch. It has a large living room with gas fireplace, a well-appointed full kitchen, a dining area, and 3 full bathrooms.

Minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Breckenridge ski areas. On-site there is a game room, exercise room, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, and plenty of parking.

The on-site Concierge Service can book all of your activities and dinner reservations. There is weekly planned resort activities. Movies and games are available in the office. When winter's magic takes hold, skiing and boarding come alive with challenging downhill runs or peaceful cross-country trails. Expand your winter adventure to snowmobiling, ice-skating, ice fishing, hot air balloon rides, sleigh rides or maybe quiet times in front of a warm fire.

The resort allows NO PETS and NO SMOKING. You will be fined or asked to leave if you have pets anywhere on the property or you smoke in the unit. Please be respectful of the resort rules.

Excellent Christmas in CO

We decided to take a trip to Colorado for Christmas. Great location for us; away from the crowd but close enough to ski resorts. Property had everything we were looking for and the owner was great with communication. Thank you and would definitely stay again.

Great Dillon/Keystone Location

Very clean, excellent facilities and a great location on 1/2 way between Dillon and Keystone. We had a minor problem with check-in, but that was addressed quickly and with minimal hassle.

We enjoyed the property

We enjoyed the property was as described. The three bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were very convenient. The hot tub was a short walk and great for after skiing. The soaking tub in the master came in handy. The bus stop was a hike for our kids through the snow. My wife complained that the master bed was too stiff.

Overall great trip

Great space, gets pretty hot even with the hvac off due to the 3rd floor getting heat from below, one of the blinds and closet doors were damaged/dislodged, and the main bath/shower leaks over the edge to the floor. Communication with owner could have been better also.

perfect spot for our family

Spacious, clean and close to multiple ski resorts. We were first time skiers and this was perfect for us. Every night we would come back and relax by the fire. We took advantage of the pool, air hockey, foosball, indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Sandra was easy to communicate with. Front desk was helpful.
