The complex sits on the ocean next to the heart of downtown activities in an area called 'The Strand'. No need to get in your car to eat, shop or participate in activities. The unit location provides walking access to all the fun and experiences that complement a great vacation. This second floor oceanfront unit offers spectacular, direct views and 1600 square feet of living space and high-speed WiFi internet. The fully equipped kitchen includes Corian counter tops and breakfast counter. Fabulous oceanfront master suite with his-and-her sinks and closets and jacuzzi garden tub.

Sleeping Room Options and Bathrooms: The master bedroom provides direct ocean views and a king-size bed. The master bath will spoil you with a Jacuzzi garden tub and separate shower, his-and-her closets and vanities. A large second full bathroom offers a combination garden tub/shower. The spacious second bedroom provides a king bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds. The family room also has a queen sleeper-sofa. Both bathrooms are large and have luxurious features.

Spectacular Views and Ocean-Front Deck: The ocean-front balcony provides spectacular views and is accessible from the family room and master bedroom. Two assigned covered parking spaces, elevators and convenient shopping, dining, and entertainment make this a great Tybee Island Vacation Rental choice.

Pretty good place. Great view from the balcony, but there is a street right below and a public parking lot between bldg and beach. A lot of delivery trucks park right below patio, so a bit noisy. Plent of supplies in kitchen. Great directions on getting into bldg and parking. Very responsive to questions.

This place was wonderful. I woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise. It is just steps away from the beach (in which my grandkids enjoyed immensely). The condo itself is very spacious and could accommodate 8 people easily. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things that you would ever need. We could walk to the shops, restaurants and bars as they were very close. I’m in a wheelchair and this place was perfect as it has an elevator and wide doors. The street below could get a little noisy with bar goers and trucks but it never bothered us at all. Communication was great with both the hosts and Tybee Rental. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Enjoyed spacious condo with ocean view front. Very comfortable beds.Had major problem with keyless entry pad that was not user friendly. As a safeguard there needs to be a grab bar in each shower and tub/shower w slip prevention floor. Would be helpful to include an all purpose cleaner for cleanups. Thanks

Why they chose this property

We discovered Tybee Island in 2004 and fell in love with the island and Savannah activities. The condo we chose has everything we want in a vacation, particularly the ocean-front balcony and great beach location. We stay at our condo five or six times each year with our family.

What makes this property unique

Incredible oceanfront views from the balcony, family room and master bedroom. Roomy condo for groups up to 8. Large kitchen for food prep and gathering. Fantastic location -- walk to restaurants, shopping and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion all within one block. Two secured and marked parking places under the building close to the elevator.
