Perfect place for family thanksgiving

This place was terrific for our family to meet in the middle and enjoy thanksgiving together. The location is ideal to local restaurants and the weekend craft market, not to mention the beach! We really enjoyed our time.

We were really happy with location and place for our stay. Place was spacious, clean and well kept with everything we needed! Manager even made sure we had all the access codes needed and even for when the codes changed mid week- we saw many others that did not!

The location of this condo was located near the beach, shops, and restaurants. Also, an easy travel to Savannah. The condo was clean and furnished with all we needed. We really enjoyed the balcony and the pool area.

Perfect location, spacious, perfect for family of 6

The condo is in an awesome location, safe and gated, two minutes walking and you’re on the beach. Living area was more spacious than anticipated, lots of outdoor space as well. Host was awesome to work with, super quick to answer any questions and helpful. Well stocked kitchen, clean and organized. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful first trip to Tybee!

My family and I stayed in the condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Tybee. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Mary was a wonderful host. She checked in on us and provided us with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The pool and hot tub were great to have. The location to the beach is perfect, one short block with direct beach access. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

WCU Girls Weekend- we all turned 60

This place was phenomenal. Beautiful spacious and very clean. The owner was fabulous and I had a change in my last day plans and I asked if I could leave later and she graciously said yes since no one else was coming in. I would stay there again. Pool is very nice. Thank you.

Tybee stay 2023

My family booked this rental for vacation this year and we were beyond happy with our stay! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The owner provided dish tabs and laundry pods which was such a nice touch. We also came in to a welcome basket of snacks. These small details made our experience even more enjoyable. The rental is located in the heart of Tybee and is in walking distance to great food, shops, and sweets. We will be staying here again!

Spacious and Beautiful

We always love our visits to Tybee, especially when we stay at Brass Rails. This condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We love the large balcony. The pools were enjoyable. The elevator wasn't working during our stay, so the location of this condo on the 1st floor was especially convenient. We were unsure how to get check-in info, but with a direct message the owner was responsive and able to give us the info we needed to access the property. We had a great time and will be back!

Great beach location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brass Rail. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. Definitely needed a deep cleaning. Dishwasher did not clean very well and many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and had to be washed before use. There was a leak in the utility room while we were there and the management was very prompt in sending someone to fix it. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Very well appointed but extremely dirty. We arrived late, did not go outside and by bedtime from walking barefoot inside only, the bottom of my grandchildren’s feet were totally black! Ceiling fans, underneath beds, and top of refrigerator were thick with dust.

Nice but not perfect

First off, I don’t want this to sound too negative, or as if I am not satisfied with the property, because I am satisfied, and so was everyone else. These issues are mostly cleanliness related. While the property is visually clean at first glance, it’s not as clean as it seems once you start making yourself at home. For instance, the dishes in the cabinets appeared to have been run through the dishwasher without soap, so they had grease spots on them. The jets in the tub are moldy. The water dispenser in the refrigerator is moldy. The balcony leaves black soot on your feet. The bathrooms for the pool house were very dirty and not cleaned the entire time we were there. (The owner should bring this up with the complex) When you walk in, you’re initially thrilled because the place is visually clean on the surface, but for the price point, it needs a deep thorough cleaning, and more attention paid to the finer details. There is no doubt that I would rent this place again because it is perfectly located, and everyone had fun, but for the money, I would look at other places first. In short, the place is enjoyable and there is nothing here that’s not easily overcome, but for the price, I would look at other options before booking again until there is an effort to deep clean the entire unit.
