Located at Mid Beach. 20 minute drive to historic Savannah. 15 minute drive to Oatland Island Animal exhibit. Tybee Island has allot to offer, including a Lighthouse with amazing views, pier and pavilion for fishing, 7 miles of beach, fishing and dolphin excursions, bike trails, holiday parades, shopping and great Restaurants. The townhouse is Walking distance to restaurants, park with tennis and beach. Views of the ocean from both decks. Two master bedrooms, full kitchen, 3 story, open floor plan, 3 full baths, across the street from the beach. This townhouse has everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation. Rent bikes or bring your own and store them in the garage.
We now have Beach point villa E available it sleeps 6, so now you can rent side by side units.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Tybee sprint weekend

Had a great stay! Check-in was easy, the place was clean and had all that was needed for a quick trip to the beach.

Convenient

It’s a short walk to second street beach access. Also a convenience store, surf shop and candy/ice cream shop close by. A bit dated but adequately maintained, minor needs were addressed very quickly and did not interrupt our stay.

Great house and location!

The house was perfect for my family of 4 and my brothers family of 4. It was clean- quiet and right next to a gas station- restaurant- ice cream shop & across from the beach. Check in and out was quick. House was equipped with everything we needed to make quick meals. We will definitely book again!!

Family visit

Condo is nice. Beds are ok. Up and down the stairs gets a little old. Not a bad walk to the beach but it’s a little bit of walk to a from the condo. A little hidden. And not much of a view of the water from the balcony

Short walk to the beach

We were able to find this place just before the 4th of July. Price was reasonable and had enough room for us. Check in and out was super easy and the office was nearby. Our unit had a great view of the easternmost point anchor of ga. The walk to the beach was easy, down the alley and across the street to 2nd Ave beach access, located right next to everything you needed. There are only 2 parking spots per unit, so if you have more than that you'll need to pay for city parking.

Convenient location & clean

We gathered as a family with 2 couples and 4 young children for a long weekend at Tybee. The place was clean and setup just as we needed. Wonderful to have 3 full baths and the bedrooms were spacious (twin beds downstairs, 2 other rooms upstairs). Parking was easy for 3 vehicles, just across the street from the beach access with good crosswalks. A small water spigot outside allowed us to rinse off our feet before coming in. The place was dated (white appliances, wallpaper, etc.) but everything was clean and setup well. Kitchen supplies were basic (bring salt/pepper, coffee, etc.). Easy check-in/out at a nearby office. Light comes in strongly through the window blinds, so be prepared. Appreciated having a washer/dryer (bring detergent). We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was very spacious and clean. It wasn’t on the beach but just across the street. It is in a great area, close to locals favorite restaurant and ice cream shop.

Quiet spot on Tybee Island

The property was great. We could walk a block to the top end of mid-beach. It was also walking distance of a few restaurants which was super convenient and close to the check in/check out office. We loved the decks. Check in and check out was simple.

Great place for a family

This rental was perfect for my family. There are lots of steps but we were ok. We liked the location. The unit was very clean. The garage is pretty small. I had to fold my mirrors in on my SUV to get in but there is another spot for the unit in the parking lot. Overall a great experience! We would definitely return.

Great location - would stay again

We usual stay on the other end of the island in a standalone house but this location turned out great, just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach! Fully equipped kitchen made large family meals a breeze. The two upstairs on suite bathrooms and full bath downstairs definitely a plus with a large group. No major issues, definitely bring your own blankets if you are the type to get cold. Could hear the neighbors on the otherside yelling/fussing early in the AM but thats to be expected in apartments/condos. We were late getting out due to toddler bathroom emergency, but the office was understanding when we called to notify the front office. Checkin/checkout was a breeze!

A bit dated but roomy and close to beach

Could use a bit of updating (wallpaper in bathrooms, curved shower curtain rods) but has lots of room including very large bedrooms. Also short walking distance from various beaches, ice cream and tasty restaurants. Very clean. All in all a great place for bigger groups on Tybee.

Good if you aren’t staying long

The property has a great layout with a very good amount of space. We had 4 people staying but could have easily had 2-3 more depending on how you want to handle the sleeping arrangements. We only had a couple of issues. the downstairs A/C not working properly and the ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom not working. We came in and set the thermostat to 74. After coming back from eating the downstairs still remained about 78 degrees. We set the thermostat to 70 for sleeping and by morning it had only come down to 76. By the end of the trip we could not get the downstairs temp below 78. We had no trouble with the upstairs thermostat and AC (split systems). The other problem came from hairs found on the pillow cases and the little bit of mold from there being wallpaper in the top of the shower. Small things that did not at all ruin our stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property! Tybee was fun!

Great Location

We stayed at this property for four nights and my wife and I were very pleased with the location and size of the property. The only reason this review is 3 stars is due to the fact that we found a dead roach inside a bathroom cabinet. I reached out to the owner who assured me the property would be treated the next day as we were leaving that day anyways. The location of the condo and the beach nearby were amazing and the lady that I got the keys from was very helpful!

Plan on bringing everything

Great location right across from the beach. The home supplies just the basics so plan on bringing everything you need. They only supply 1 garbage bag which is kind of crazy. You think they would want you to take out the garbage. We had a great time just know you may want to bring a few extras.

Quick getaway

We had never stayed on the north side of the island but was pleasantly surprised by the great restaurants within walking distance and a beach which wasn’t as crowded as the south side.

Over Priced Condo Needing Renovations

We had lots of fun on our trip, but there were some issues. I just feel like the amount of money we spent, wasn’t worth where we stayed. The house needs updating so bad. There is peeling wallpaper from the 80’s in the bathroom and the tv’s are dinosaurs. The one in the front master doesn’t work. The cheap plastic mini blinds on the windows facing the parking lot didn’t even fit the windows. There was an inch gap on the sides, and light came in at night. The most frustrating thing about the stay was how poorly the house was supplied. First off, let me say that the nearest real grocery store was in Savannah. There is small IGA down the road, but it was very limited in what it had. It was picked over too. It opened at 9 am and closed at 8 pm. Every restaurant we went to was so crowded and had at least an hour wait and took even longer to get the food. You could cook, but the kitchen was poorly stocked. It looked like small cheap stuff from a garage sale or dollar store. A grill would be nice too. We had the same issues when we went into Savannah to eat. You couldn’t even get any fast food bc many places were closed bc of Covid, or drive through only. And forget about using cash! Most people don’t take it. There were ZERO hair dryers in the house! So right off the bat we had to go back into Savannah. Probably 6 wire clothes hangers…. The best thing about the house was the location. It was a quick walk to the beach. If you have small kids though, I don't recommend bc the condo is on a curve and the street was very busy. Overall, I would have to say this place is probably the worst thing we have rented off VRBO. It just wasn’t worth the high price. We will not be staying there again.
