Ocean Watch Tybee offers 6 units at The Brass Rail which is one of Tybee's luxury gated complexes. With pool view, two pools plus heated spa, this spacious accommodation is only steps from the ocean. Unit 120 Brass Rail has it all! There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in this first floor unit just steps away from your underground parking places. You will be just 50 yards from the sand on the South End of the island and just steps away from attractions such as the Pier and the Strand with shopping and restaurants. Enjoy a commanding view of the pool from the living room and master bedroom both of which open onto a large private deck.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with plenty of room for lots of cooks. The bar area seats 3 and is open to the living area. The dining table seats 6. The gorgeous living room has a sofa and comfy chairs on beautiful bamboo floors. The entertainment center has a large TV and DVD player. There is WIFi access through out the unit. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
You can lie on your king size luxury bed in the master bedroom and view the patio, pool or watch the TV DVD. Or you can step out onto your private 900 square foot wrap around porch and sun-bathe in privacy and comfort. The spacious master bath contains both a shower and tub, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space.
The second bedroom contains a luxury queen mattress and its own TV. The KID'S RETREAT is the third bedroom which contains two full size beds plus a TV AND VCR. Plenty of room for fun!

Great Location!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We loved the back balcony and pool for the kids. Only complaint is that there was no coffee, shampoo or conditioner. Little crazy for the price and not have those included, but overall we loved our stay.

Great spot to stay.

We have stayed at property three time total. We keep coming back. It’s plenty of space for our needs. Short walk to the beach access. And easy walking to a bunch or restaurants and shops. We enjoy staying in Tybee. With a short drive into Savanna to experience all there is in a wonderful historical town. Kathy was an excellent host. Thank you.

We really loves the location of these condos on Tybee. This is my second stay at this condo community. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the amenities and the condo itself! We had everything we needed, other than an ice maker that worked properly, but a bag of ice was provided. We hope to stay there in the future!

Great Beach Stay!

Our stay in Tybee Island and specifically at this property was amazing. The location to the beach and to the restaurants and shops was perfect. The huge balcony overlooking the pool was a huge plus, and I spent most mornings outside on the rocking chairs drinking my coffee. The property was very clean and well maintained and communication with the property manager was great. Our family will definitely come back and stay here again!

Beach vacation 2021.

It was a wonderful experience. From day 1 when I booked the room through to check out. I even went back in a requested an extra day at the last minute and the we’re happy to work it out. The room was perfect in every way. The condo was very clean and obviously well kept. The location was perfect. A 3 minute walk to the beach or pier. Great for fishing. My Husband and sons had a good time fishing. All of them including my grandson caught fish. My Daughters enjoyed the shopping that was right around the corner. They also enjoyed going at for a drink and walking back to the room. They didn’t need a designated driver. We did rent a golf cart. We didn’t even use it. Every thing was in walking distance. The room itself was great. Right by the pool. It had everything we needed to cook in the room and on the deck. With so many restaurants being understaffed, it was nice e to be able to cook in the room. Best part was the property manager and the owner were very accessible. Any questions we had they were easy to call and get an answer. The entire family trip was awesome. Already looking forward to next year!

Great family trip

The property was better than expected. Plenty of room for 5 adults and two littles. Baths were great. Kitchen well stocked. Location was close to eats and entertainment. Beach was very crowded but the double pools made a great option. We had miscommunication upon checking but staff did everything to remedy the situation. Visited the SavannahBeeCo and that was fun. Local restaurants also crowded but food was great.

Great location with pool option

Right in the middle of of restaurants, shops and short walk to the beach. Loved the oversized patio overlooking the pool (as long as neighbors are not big partiers) Would love more pillow options and we could not fit 10 as advertised, but 8 comfortably. Bring your own toiletries as those are not provided. I would stay again for location and unit was bigger than I expected with plenty of room for out multi-generational family. Master bedroom and bath is HUGE! Love the 2 car parking which is a big deal on the island especially on holiday weekends.
