Enjoy your next big family vacation in the gorgeous Sierra Pines community of Shaver Lake, CA! This spacious, six-bedroom home is located in the back end of a quiet gated community, where you can enjoy the peace and seclusion while still being close to it all! With downtown and Shaver Lake in close proximity, there are many adventures awaiting in the Fresno County Sierra Nevadas area, including China Peak Resort offering both winter and summer activities.

Perfect for a large family or a few small families traveling together, this home offers free Wifi to keep everyone connected and 4 TV's with streaming capabilities, to keep the entertainment available for all. With living spaces stretched between the main level, lower level, and two decks, there is plenty of room to just kick back and relax. The well-appointed kitchen has space to prepare meals for the entire group and includes a gas stove for that chef's touch. The sleeping arrangements are split, with four bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms on the lower level, with many different types of beds, easily accommodating 14 guests. There is a two car garage, complete with a private washer and dryer.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home with listening capabilities. These cameras cannot see inside the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
