Interior:
The villa is arranged over two levels and is completed by an adjoining annex. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living area with dining table and sofas; professional kitchen; room with wood-fired oven. FIRST FLOOR (accessible via an independent external entrance, it is divided into two apartments) – Apartment 1: living room; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower; one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; laundry room. Apartment 2: living room with kitchenette and access to a panoramic equipped terrace; one double bedroom; one bathroom with shower. ANNEX – Games room with table football and board games; guest bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedrooms dining room and the annex with games room

Park:
The property is surrounded by a large private grounds immersed in the greenery of the Marche hills, characterised by well-maintained lawns, ornamental trees and stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The outdoor areas offer a peaceful and welcoming environment. The garden features several furnished areas for relaxation and socialising, with a beautiful swimming pool area equipped for guests and located in the centre of the park. A convenient private parking area is available for guests near the main entrance.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in a private and fully fenced area. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 5 m, with a maximum depth of 1.40 m; easy access is provided by Roman steps. The pool is chlorine purified. The pool is equipped with both internal and external lighting, allowing for enchanting evening swims. The solarium area is furnished with sun loungers, sofas, armchairs and an elegant Balinese bed. Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
