About this property
Come Home in Casper - Rent a home, not just a room. S:
This is a four bedroom, fully furnished home with hardwood floors on the entire upper level. The large spacious kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of dishes. We are a pet friendly home, with prior approval and a limit of two dogs, Our yard is fenced with a short 4’ fence with shade. The deck with a grill is a perfect gathering spot in the summer. The home offers a large room in the basement which can be configured to meet your needs. It can be left empty and used as a sleeping bag bunkhouse, a play space, or a custom sensory room for children with special needs. The neighborhood is close to Kelly Walsh High School, the mall, east side shopping, restaurants, Hobby Lobby, several grocery stores, east side Walmart, Sam's Club and a short drive to the Casper Events Center. The single car garage is large enough for most SUVs such as a Honda Pilot and has a remote opener. If you will be visiting Casper for longer than a 7 day period a 20% a reduced rate will be applied. About the host
Hosted by Catherine Morris

We have lived in Casper for over 28 years. We enjoy the quiet small town community and wide open spaces. If you enjoy spending time outside exploring endless public lands, learning about Wyoming's pioneer history, breathing fresh air, or perhaps hunting or fishing Casper has much to offer.
Why they chose this property
Catherine purchased this home in 1994. The time she was single and teaching for Natrona County School District. Once married we decided to keep it but move to a larger home to raise our kids. It's a great home in a well established neighborhood with a very convenient location.
What makes this property unique
The basement has a very large open room that can be configured to meet the needs of children with special needs. If your child needs a sensory space to go to regulate or calm down this room has plain white walls and can have dim colored lighting or no light at all even in the middle of the day. If they need a play space where they can vent some energy this space can help. There is a party light, mini trampoline, "Steam Roller", tunnel, tent, therapy balls, spinning seat (Moluk Bilibo), FATSAX bean bags and tumble mats. With specific request a swing can be suspended from the ceiling.
If your child does not require a sensory space and you prefer the therapy equipment not be available the room can be configured as a play room.
