Come relax at The Cowboy Corral, kick off your boots, and hang up your hat.

In our centrally-located house, your family will be close to everything that Casper has to offer!

Welcome to our 3 bed 1 bath house in the heart of Casper. There are 2 rooms with a queen sized bed and closets. Another room has a bunk bed- queen on bottom, twin on top- and closet. There is a full sized bathroom with lots of counter space for everyone to use.

Our home comes fully stocked with linens, blankets, pillows, washcloths and towels. Our kitchen is also fully stocked with a coffee pot, keurig, coffee, microwave, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, oven/stove, and fridge/freezer. The dishwasher and washer/dryer are also available to guests for their convenience.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house on the property including a cozy front porch, as well as a fully fenced back yard and deck with seating. We will just keep the garage and chicken coop locked off.

We ask that you please treat the chickens like family, they are very friendly and love to see people. We do have to come and do chicken chores every couple of days but we will send a message to let you know before we do and we only need access to the yard/garage.

The beds were pretty comfortable. The seating in the living room was very uncomfortable. We are an older couple and the seating was more for a younger generation. It would be nice to have local channels on the TV and possibly TV's in the bedrooms.

Everything is accurate in the listing. Shannyn left us some fresh eggs, which was so appreciated. The hens were fun to watch and listen to their musical stylings. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The bed was comfy. The washer and dryer were a big plus. The house is in an older neighborhood. The driveway would be difficult to get in to if you had a vehicle with low clearance; but parking is available on the street in front of the house. The top step into the house is a big step up if you had mobility issues. We would definitely stay at this location again and would love to bring our family! Thank you to Shanyyn and her husband!

Kitchen was good. Had everything we needed. Wish the 2 bedrooms had top sheets but there was a comforter for warmth. Also could have had 4 hand towels for every person but otherwise well appointed. A suggestion would also be to add mirrors in the bedrooms since there is only 1 bathroom. Table lamps for end tables in bedrooms would be great as well!

Me and my husband, Tucker, are from South Dakota originally but moved to Casper early 2024 for his job. We love to spend time outdoors hiking, boating, and exploring new places.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home in January 2025. It was our first home purchase. My husband, Tucker, then got a work promotion and we had the opportunity to live on site at his workplace. My favorite thing about the property is it is centrally located but you can still see Casper Mountain from the back deck.
