This historic spacious spot was a great home base for us, the location made getting around a breeze. We had a great time with the games and having enough space for everyone to relax on their own terms. There is a separate rental unit in the basement so there could be guests below you to be considerate of.

It is a lovely property. The problem was there is only one window air conditioner, that is in the dining room, and it didn't cool the bedrooms or the bathrooms.

The location was good, neighborhood was quiet. House was stocked with essentials.House smelled of pet odor, rug under kitchen table was especially bad. AC unit is too small to cool entire house, it ran non stop. The bathrooms are set up strange for two couples, one couple had to go through the kitchen, dining room and small hallway to utilize the second bathroom.
