Osborne Collection at The Victorian Barn Dorset – Sleeps 24, 2 Hot Tubs

Osborne Collection is a spacious and flexible group accommodation option at The Victorian Barn Dorset, created by combining Victoria Albert and Helena into one large connected stay for up to 24 guests.

It is ideal for family celebrations, milestone birthdays, reunions, groups of friends, corporate retreats and countryside getaways where everyone wants to stay close together while still having plenty of room to spread out.

Set within The Victorian Barn, our family-run 65-acre countryside estate, Osborne Collection gives you your own connected group accommodation while also providing access to a range of shared leisure facilities across the wider estate.

The two properties are linked internally by a private interconnecting hallway, so your group can move easily between the spaces without going outside. This gives you the benefit of two substantial barn conversions with the convenience of one large group booking.

Osborne Collection is self-contained for your group, with its own private accommodation and hot tubs, but it forms part of a larger barn complex and is attached to neighbouring holiday lets on the estate.

Group Living and Dining

Victoria Albert provides the main social space, with a generous dining room seating up to 16 guests, a spacious lounge with bar area and wall-mounted 75-inch Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is also a useful first-floor kitchenette with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Helena provides an additional lounge with a 50-inch Smart TV, its own fully equipped kitchen and dining space for up to 8 guests, giving your group extra flexibility throughout your stay.

The layout works particularly well for larger groups, with plenty of space for everyone to gather together as well as separate areas where smaller groups can relax.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Across Osborne Collection there are nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

Most bedrooms are ensuite, while one king bedroom has the exclusive use of a private bathroom with whirlpool bath located directly opposite the room.

The bedroom layout includes king bedrooms, twin bedrooms, double and single rooms, plus a large family bedroom with one king bed and four single beds.

This makes Osborne Collection particularly well suited to mixed family groups, multi-generational stays and larger gatherings where flexible sleeping arrangements are important.

Private Hot Tubs and Outdoor Space

Outside, guests can enjoy patio areas and two private hot tubs, exclusively for Osborne Collection guests.

They are ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Dorset or simply spending time together without needing to leave the property.

Shared Leisure Facilities

Guests staying in Osborne Collection also have access to the shared leisure facilities at The Victorian Barn Dorset.

These include the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, games room, Activity Suite, children’s play area, three coarse fishing lakes and shared countryside grounds.

The swimming pool and leisure facilities are shared with guests staying in our other cottages and lodges on the estate and are not private to Osborne Collection.

The two hot tubs at Osborne Collection are private for Osborne Collection guests only.

Swimming arrangements and opening times vary depending on the day, time of year and school holidays, and guests are provided with the relevant information for their stay.

The Estate

The Victorian Barn is set within approximately 65 acres of Dorset countryside beneath Bulbarrow Hill.

Guests can enjoy the shared estate grounds, lakes and rural tracks during their stay, with lovely countryside views and plenty of space to unwind.

As this is a rural countryside and working farm setting, guests may encounter livestock, farm boundaries, electric fencing, uneven ground, lakes and rural tracks around the estate.
