The "old kitchen," a testament to generations of culinary tradition, is equipped with a barbecue, ideal for preparing meals outdoors and serving them on the terrace, in the shade of the walnut tree. Outside, you will find two terraces full of special nooks, with inviting hammocks to relax to the sounds of nature. The house is also designed for comfortable remote work stays. It features fast and reliable Wi-Fi and cable TV, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience. The dedicated workspace, with open views of the forest and pool, offers silence, natural light, and a serene environment, ideal for maintaining focus during the day and enjoying moments of rest and well-being. The highlight is the private saltwater pool (9m x 4m), with excellent sun exposure, complemented by areas of natural shade provided by the property's centuries-old walnut trees. On the lower floor of the house, there is a spacious lounge designed for socialising, meals, games, or simply relaxing. This space offers direct access to two outdoor terraces and also features a second rustic-style bathroom adjacent to the lounge, providing greater comfort for guests during their stay. The surrounding land with fruit trees reinforces the calm and serene atmosphere. Nestled in a very quiet village, this house is a true haven where time slows down. Access for travellers: Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, with the exception of some annexes that are clearly identified and reserved for private use.
