House with garden located on the top of a hill. Quiet location, near Coimbra (Old university) and close to the Roman city of Conímbriga (2nd century). It offers several on-site activities (swimming, tennis, billiards, etc.), and possible paths in the pine forests that surround it. Great views over the hills. Lots of light throughout the day. Possibility of catering at home (menu available with typical Portuguese dishes).
In Coimbra (12KM) children have to visit the famous "Portugal dos Pequenitos".

The house that has it all!

Our stay was perfect. The house lies at a very quier spot. It's a true family gem. We swam, played tennis and snooker and enjoyed all sights around us.Jose is a marvelous host, very friendly and responsive to all our questions.

Peaceful and very comfortable

A wonderful space to relax and enjoy the passing of time with family or friends. A home from home in every respect. We arrived late and Jose and Anna provided us with a complimentary late meal. A super host.

We absolutely loved our stay in this amazing villa. It is so comfortable and there is everything you could possibly need. It was also fun for the whole family to be able to play tennis and pool.Host José was easy to communicate with and had left us lovely cakes, wine, fruit etc., which we really appreciated. The villa is in a beautiful and quiet location yet it's only a 10 minute drive to Condeixa with plenty of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Thank you so much to our hosts and we would love to return sometime in the future.

The owners could not have been more obliging. Lovely homely villa with attractive gardens pool and tennis court. Thoughtfully equipped. Plenty of shade when required. Very restful place to stay.

An extraordinary and beautiful vacation villa

We spent a great time here as a family of four. The house and garden are beautiful, very well kept and exactly as described in the text and photos. We very much enjoyed playing billiard and tennis as well as swimming in the pool, and our hosts Jose and Ana were very kind and helpful and really made sure that our stay was perfect. Fantastic, what a lovely property!

We (three couples) had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful and unique home. Jose and Ana are the perfect hosts and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Communication throughout the booking process and our stay was excellent and we were left in no doubt that we could call on Jose and Ana during our stay should we need help with anything. We particularly appreciated Jose coming to the station to meet us, taking us to pick up hire cars and showing us the way to the property. The house is exactly as advertised, is very comfortable and has lots of charm. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Nogales as a lovely place to stay. Thank you Jose and Ana.

Nothing short of excellent. The villa is set in spacious grounds, is very clean and has everything you need. We spent most of the week playing pool, tennis and swimming. Stunning scenery and a very quiet location although not too far from Coimbra which is a beautiful historic town. Cheap to eat out as well. It is a drive to the nearest beach and you have to drive to get some nightlife so not for everyone. Jose and his wife couldn’t have been anymore friendly and helpful. Fully deserves my first ever review at the age of 54(!) and 5 stars.

Maison parfaite

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison et avons apprécié le terrain de tennis, le billard et la piscine. La maison est très jolie et très fonctionnelle. Le coin est très calme mais proche de Coimbra (environ 20 min). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympathiques et réactifs en cas de besoin. Merci à eux. Une excellente expérience.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette magnifique maison confortable avec toutes les commodités. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le terrain de tennis. Un petit café de village se trouve à 2 km de la maison en voiture ou à pied pour les plus courageux (nous). Musées sur l'époque romaine interresants à proximité. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très accueillants. Expérience à renouveler :)

Perfekte Erholung

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Gastgeber Ana und José haben uns sehr nett empfangen (inklusive Obst, Getränken und Gebäck) und waren immer erreichbar. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist wunderschön. Auch Dank Pool, Billardtisch und Tennisplatz verging unsere Woche wie im Flug. Coimbra und Condeixa sind sehr lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und fanden es wieder genauso schön wie beim ersten Mal. Die Zimmer sind fantastisch und sehr sauber. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und durch den Pool, den Billardtisch und den Tennisplatz ist uns nie langweilig geworden. Die Vermieter Jose und Anna waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns mit vielen portugiesischen Spezialitäten zusätzlich den Urlaub versüßt. Vielen Dank.

Purer Genuss und tolle Erholung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Wir haben den Pool genutzt, haben viel Tennis gespielt, waren joggen und wandern und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Jose und Ana haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Verliebt habe wir uns auch in Coimbra mit tollem Flair und Shopping für die Teens.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten in idyllischer Lage

Das Haus bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Lage, dennoch sind Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto zu Städte, Fluss, Strand,...mühelos möglich. Das nächste Ort Condeixa-a-Nova gerade mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und bietet alles was man braucht- Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Ana und José sind stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt und verlässlich. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank dafür.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Nogales. Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses ist noch besser, als es die Fotos bereits versprechen, sowohl im Haus als auch das Außengelände. Die Besitzer Jose und Anna sind unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hätten gerne noch mehr Zeit in Nogales verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Best ever holiday house !

We spent 2 weeks in Nogales (property's name) that were just great. Everything was just perfect: the quiet location (on top of a hill which gives you a wonderful view), the combination of the swimming pool/tennis court/billard table, the great house with plenty of space, and last but not least the care of the owner with welcome and departure gifts. Thanks José for all; we will definetly recommend this house to our friends and colleagues. Best regards. François

Séjour Très très agréable

Besoin de vacances pour vous détendre, piscine tennis billard dans une propriété au calme dans la campagne, la villa NOGALES propose tout cela. Nos hôtes ont été très attentionnés et la villa était d'une grande propreté, le ménage est fait avant notre arrivée puis toutes les semaines. La location est très bien située, toute proche d'une petite ville animée avec toutes les commodités, elle se trouve aussi à proximité de la ville de COIMBRA. Beaucoup de sites culturels sont à visiter il y a la possibilité de faire des ballades en forêt qui est juste à côté.

Prachtig huis !

Voor de 2e keer zijn wij hier op vakantie geweest, prachtig huis met alle comfort dat je nodig hebt. Mooie omgeving en tal van uitstappen in de omgeving mogelijk. Kust is klein uurtje rijden. Wij komen zeker nog terug.

Vacances parfaites

Nogales est un havre de paix. Nous avons passé 3 semaines de détente totale dans cette belle maison conçue et organisée avec goût pour un confort parfait. La situation géographique permet une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et les forêts. Le beau jardin fleuri et la magnifique piscine sont très bien entretenus, il y en a eu des plongeons!! Chaque membre de notre famille y a trouvé son bonheur et son espace. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, des fruits, des pâtisseries, de la boisson et des spécialités locales nous ont été offertes tout au long de notre séjour. Quelle gentillesse!!!!! La propreté est irréprochable grâce au passage de l'employée de ménage. Pour toutes ces raisons le départ fut difficile et pensons y retourner sans hésitation !!!! Stéphanie, Pascal et nos 3 enfants

Perfect !

2 adultes + 3 enfants Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à cette maison. Tout ce qu'on a besoin y est présent. Les enfants ont nagé et joué au tennis chaque jour. Nous revenons l'année prochaine !
